About this space
A hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham, a picturesque and charming Regency town full of beautiful architecture.
Red Rose House is ideally positioned in a quiet area of town, within a 10 min walk from Cheltenham Spa railway station and many local cafes and restaurants just moments away.
Cosmopolitan Montpellier is a five minute drive, where you will find a wide array of local boutique shops, stylish bars and restaurants.
The space
A lovely bright, clean and comfortable home away from home. Suitable for a romantic weekend for two or a week away with up to 6 family or friends. This property has all the essential and luxurious amenities you'll ever need to make your stay feel that little bit special.
The house has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The interior of the property consists of living room, dining area/kitchen, two double bedrooms (one ensuite), one single bedroom and two bathrooms.
Outside, enjoy the sunshine in our secluded patio garden, where you can relax with a glass or two of wine!
The living room is spacious and includes a large sofa to relax, HD TV and lovely views of the garden.
There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There is also a comfy sofa bed for one adult. Each bedroom/bed comes with crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels, and toiletries for each guest.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if possible. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 11am, but we try to be flexible and if there's no guests booked to check in later in the day.
Supermarkets
The nearest supermarket is Tesco Express, Queen's Rd, Cheltenham GL50 2NH, near Cheltenham Spa railway station (12 min walk from the house, or a 3 min drive) for the basics. There is a larger supermarket 10 mins drive in the retail park if you need more supplies - Sainsbury's, GALLAGHER RETAIL PARK, Tewkesbury Rd, Cheltenham GL51 9RR
Local Restaurants
There is a wide range of restaurants and pubs in in the immediate area, including TGI Fridays (2 mins away) and within 10 mins in either direction. You are spoiled by choice! Here are some of our favorites: Jolly Brewmaster, Suffolk Rock, Champignon Sauvage, Bhoomi Kitchen, Bistro, Daffodil, Exmouth Arms and Tivoli Arms. There are also some great cafes including Baker and Graze, Boho Dutch and Andria's Cafe. Maison Chaplais deli has some great food to takeaway.
Local Attractions
The Montpellier Gardens and Imperial Square are less than 5 minutes away by car or a pleasant 30 minute stroll. It is a 15 min drive to Pitville Park which has a great children's play area and boating lake. Just a little furth on from Pitville Park is the famous Cheltenham Racecourse. Cheltenham is full of stunning Regency architecture and the popular Montpellier area is well worth a visit. There are a number of local independent shops less than 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk from the house, including Salt Waters, The department of Hope, Joy & Wonder and Revamp Recycle Boutique.

The nearest train station is Cheltenham Spa, 0.6 miles from the house (12 min walk or 3 min drive)
Buses
The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. Head towards Granley Road from Griffiths Avenue, when you reach the main road (Granley Rd), turn right and the bus stop isn't far.
