The beneficial location is just 5 Km away from Elounda and 6 Km from Agios Nikolaos allowing you to easily explore the two wonderful nearby towns.
Layout
Majestic View Villa III covers 70 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 if needed. The interior is designed in a minimal, contemporary style and equipped with modern, comfortable furnishings. White is the dominant colour, while touches of black and wood add a special character and give a warm, homey feeling.
Indoors
Ground Floor
Entering Majestic View Villa III on the ground floor, you are greeted by a sunny and airy loft-style area featuring the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The seating area has been fitted out with elegant white furniture and a bluetooth speaker to connect your device and listen to your favourite music as it opens up to the pool terrace, so you can enjoy the unobstructed sea views. Right next to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with all essentials so you can prepare your meals at ease. Two steps will take you to the first open bedroom offering a 1,60X2,00 bed, vanity and bathroom with shower.
Lower Floor
The lower floor, which is independent and has its own private entrance, features an open plan space offering a kitchenette with wall mounted kitchen hood, breakfast counter with stools and washing machine, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 person. The second bedroom is also located on this level, boasting 2 single beds (0.80 X 2,00) that can also be joined together to form a king bed (1,60 X 2,00) with a top mattress, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower room.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Majestic View Villa III offers many facilities including:
- A private, 20 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,40 m deep with ladder access.
- The pool area is equipped with 4 sun beds, 1 umbrella and an outdoor shower.
- ?utdoor sitting area with 4 chairs and a coffee table under a shaded pergola.
- A gas BBQ & an outdoor dining area for 4.
- Parking space for 1 car right outside the Villa and parking space for more cars if needed at the entrance of the complex.
- The whole complex is surrounded by a stone wall offering security and privacy to our guests.

Regarding the location, I would like to let you know that the villa is located in Ellinika area, 5 Km away from cosmopolitan Elounda and 6 Km from the vibrant town of Agios Nikolaos, both offering a big variety of bars, cafes and restaurants for all hours of the day.
