This gorgeous 3 bedroom villa in Guia, near Albufeira, 5Km to the nearest beaches: Galé, Salgados, Lourenço, Castelo, Coelha, S.Rafael. The villa is located in a very quite country side area, 600 mts. from the famous village of GUIA and has magnificent views over farmland towards the coast line. Has its own private pool 8x4 mts which can be heated (at a supplement charge).
It comprises, on the groud floor: 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms being 1 ensuite. Spacious Dinning and Sitting area /open space fully equipped Kitchen. On the 1st.floor, a master suite with bathroom and north/south sunny terraces with beatiful panoramic views. This villa has fantastic outside space making this the perfect family holiday retreat.
It is also fully air conditioned throughout.
The owners, Manuel and Josie live in the adjoining villa, but your privacy is guaranteed.

Lovely place to forget about workaday life

Beautiful and very clean villa that has everything you need to relax, including spectacular sunrises and sunsets! There are a lot of great places nearby to get groceries and delicatessen and everything else you need. We mostly enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace, having BBQs in the garden and taking lang walks on the beautiful beach which is easy to reach by car. To round it all up the owners are also the most lovely people. They offered us great tips and helped us instantaneously whenever we needed assitance. We definetly can recommend staying here and want to say thanks for a lovely time! Thomas

Wir waren vierzehn Tage die Gäste von Manuel und seiner Familie. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft haben wir seine besondere Gastfreundschaft genossen. In all unseren Vorhaben hat er uns stets unterstützt und stand uns hilfreich zur Seite. Dadurch haben wir Portugal auf eine ganz besondere Art und Weise kennenlernen dürfen. Er und seine Familie haben liebevoll dazu beigetragen, dass wir Portugal in ganz besonderer Erinnerung behalten werden. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. For fourteen days we were the guests of Manuel and his family. Already on our arrival we enjoyed his special hospitality. He has always supported us in all our projects and helped us out. This has allowed us to get to know Portugal in a very special way. He and his family have lovingly contributed to keeping Portugal in a special memory. We are very grateful.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the villa. Sara greeted us at arrival and told us everything we needed to know. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and we used it everyday. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Outstanding Villa

This is an absolutely beautiful villa were the owners have thought of everything. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and stylish. The pool/garden area is a wonderful spot with gas and charcoal BBQ's. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location but within walking distance to Guia with plenty of restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets and the beach. Our hosts very thoughtfully left a welcome pack to get us started and they could not have been more kind or helpful. Truly a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Amazing

This was our second stay in this amazing property. The villa is perfectly located for peaceful days by the pool, visits to the local beaches and touring the Algarve region. The villa is superbly equipped and we wanted for nothing. We have been visiting this area of Portugal with our family for over 10 years and this is by far the best value Villa we have stayed in. We have already booked to return in 2025.

Excellent stay in Delightful, modern villa

We had 10 wonderful days in the house. We was welcomed by the host at the gate of the property. She showed us around, the outside and the inside of the properties. The house was very welled planned for 6 persons, both inside and outside, with a well equipped kitchen. The outside was also very nice, with several areas to spend both sunny days around the pool, as well as nice evenings, watching the lovely sunset from some of the patios. One patio was also equipped with two barbeques, one gas and one chair cole. The house was well cleaned when we arrived, and during the stay they cleaned the house once, and after one week they cleaned again and changed bed linnen and towels. The gas grill was also cleaned by the cleaning lady. We could ask the host for anything missing, and they would fix it. Very helpful!! The hosts where also very careful not to disturb, even though they lived next door. Excellent hosting!! We can really recommend a stay in the house, long or short! THANK YOU! .

Fabulous villa

We loved our stay. The villa was a great size & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outside space & pool was ideal for our family of 5. It is a short walk (10 mins) into Guia for the local restaurants and a 10/15 min drive to Albufeira. We will definitely be back again!

Lovely stay, 4 adults 2 children. Perfect position for the towns and beaches but away from the hustle bustle. Morning spent in the pool and afternoons exploring or on the beach. Super villa, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Manuel next door, helpful but not intrusive. Worth 5 stars and more.

Ideal villa for our purposes

This villa is centrally located in the Algarve, so served as a great base for exploring the area on our first visit here. The owner, Manuel, lives next door, was very welcoming and provided us a lovely "welcome" supply of food and drink on arrival. Throughout our stay he and his daughter were most helpful and very approachable. That said, unless we had any concerns, we were left to our own devices. The property feels secure, as it is in quite a secluded area and has an electric gate. The 3 bedrooms available suited us well and the whole property was air conditioned. There were 3 bathrooms, effectively 2 en suite and one communal one, though we allocated a bathroom to each bedroom. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is very pleasant, and there is a well-connected, if rather small TV in the lounge. The wifi is very good throughout the property. The garden is a decent size for the property and is well sup[lied with comfortable sun loungers, parasol and other seating options. There is a good-sized pool - we didn't have it heated but it was fine for general use despite being early June. We enjoyed the use of a fine gas BBQ and there is also a charcoal one available. There are some pool toys, and indeed there is a supply of books and some games indoors, which was a nice touch. There is room for 2 vehicles to park (we had 2 rental cars), but it might be tricky to park a large car/SUV on the site, though it would be possible to park on the street if needed. Overall a great stay

60th Get Together with Good Friends

Stunning and comfortable villa with lovely pool and garden in a quiet residential area with short walk to Guia village and approx 15 min drive to albufeira old town. We didn’t need car as Uber were very accessible. Each room with bathroom and comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely hospitable and friendly owner and family who live next door who could not have been more helpful and clearly go over and beyond to ensure their visitors enjoy their stay. Hoping to return soon.

Simply The Best

Manuel. Josie and Sara, the owners, over delivered in every category of customer service. They truly made it a home away from home. The Villa had everything we could have wanted and the area was fun to explore for walks, beaches, restaurants and shopping.. Best VRBO stay I have had over the years and after a negative experience we had just prior in Hawaii, this made up for it in spades !!! We shall return.

Prachtige, zeer complete villa.

Bij aankomst werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen door de Eigenaar Manuel en dochter. Een prachtige villa. Er was Manuel niets teveel, huis was zeer goed onderhouden, compleet en werd zelfs tussentijds nog weer schoongemaakt evenals het zwembad. Alle toeristische trekpleisters op korte rij-afstand, restaurant en prachtige natuur op korte afstanden. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen.

Absolutely Fabulous

The house is very spacious, and the outside areas are lovely. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We parked our hire car there no problem. Manuel was a great host, and made sure we had all we needed. Would love to come back again sometime. Definitely recommend for families. Thumbs up!

BEST EVER FAMILY VACATION

I selected this property for a family vacation with everyone's needs in mind. The beautiful upstairs spacious suite was for Us, the grandparents. The grandsons never wanted to leave the pool. Loved outdoor lunches and indoor eating too. Manuel was the best host and had a lovely welcome wine and other foods to get us started. The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We didn't want to leave!!!
