It has 33 m2 and a capacity of 4 people, distributed in a mezzanine with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The mezzanine has a height of 1.74 metres and has built-in wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with a shower. The living room, tastefully decorated, has a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay in Madrid. It has air conditioning and heating. The apartment has been completely renovated and has a modern touch in every way.
