Canillejas is historically one of the oldest settlements in the Community of Madrid. It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscaped space populated with almond and cedar trees that surround a century-old palace. Nearby is the Canillejas park, with an open-air auditorium where pop music concerts and a cultural festival in September are held. There are several places of worship, such as the Parish of Santa María la Blanca, famous for its wooden ceiling carved with intricate Mudéjar-style motifs, the Metropolitano Stadium, the training base of one of Spain\'s best teams - Atlético Madrid and the site of the most important matches, and the Quinta de los Molinos Park with its spectacular almond trees in bloom in the spring.Just a few metres away is the Canillejas bus interchange, which can take you to any part of Madrid in a matter of minutes.

The Apartment:

Metropolitano is a spacious and welcoming apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the highest quality. Decorated in a modern and comfortable style, seeking cosy and very practical spaces without leaning towards a specific style in order to please all types of clients.
The apartment is on the third floor with wonderful views from the bright living room overlooking the bus interchange square. The living room has a double sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect accounts like Netflix, Prime Video, HBO and etc. There is also air conditioning. You can access the jewel of the apartment - the terrace to enjoy the views of the neighbourhood.

The master bedroom is exterior and connected to the living room, it is very bright and has a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe for storing clothes and air conditioning. The other two bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen overlook interior courtyards, making the apartment very quiet and peaceful. One of the bedrooms has two comfortable single beds, a desk, air conditioning and a wardrobe, the other also has two single beds that can be joined together for greater comfort, air conditioning, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The bathrooms have been recently renovated in a modern and clean style, offering a great sense of hygiene.

The kitchen is very well equipped for the delights of any cook, it also has a large dining table for 8 people.
