This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Barcelona, in the heart of the Sant Gervasi neighborhood, it has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. The flat has a total of 88 m², which makes the flat very spacious. It is a seventh floor with elevator, it has a lot of natural light!

The apartment is fully equipped, has an elevator, terrace furniture, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, air conditioning and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Sarrià-Sant Gervasi is the largest district in the upper area of Barcelona. Together with Pedralbes, it is the main residential area in the upper area of Barcelona. Area full of international schools. This part of the city is full of tiny squares, gardens, parks with elegant shops and accommodation.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
