This modern and brand new one-bedroom apartment for 4 with a spacious balcony is situated near Praia da Rocha, in the lively beach town Portimão. It's part of a recently built apartment complex with a shared pool and garden and parking is included within the gates. Less than 10 minutes walking distance (750 m) from the main beach Praia da Rocha. Due to it's central location, there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near the apartment.
On entering the property, you walk into a bright open-plan living and dining area, which leads onto the private balcony. Here you have an outdoor table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sun. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-sized double bed and a double sofa-bed in the living room. It's perfect for families with children or two responsible couples.

The apartment is all yours during your stay. The apartment is on the first floor, there is an elevator and stairs.

## Neighborhood
The main boulevard in Praia da Rocha has many restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and clubs. This area offers a stunning coastline of beautiful beaches, great tourist facilities and almost perfect year-round weather.
You can link up with the main bus service to visit the eastern and western parts of the Algarve. But if you like exploring the surrounding area, we strongly recommend hiring a car. Parking is free at the apartment and in most areas of the Algarve.
The very popular Zoomarine park is just a 15-minute drive away in Guia. There are two other water parks around a 30-minute drive from the house and the Lagos Zoo.
## Transit
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But buses and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended.
## Notes
➤ Check-in time: 4 - 9 pm. Late arrivals must be agreed upon before booking! Extra payment at arrival might be required. 9-11pm 30 euros and 11-12pm 50 euros. Check-in after midnight is not possible.
➤ Check-out time: before 10 am
ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
