Raspberry Pointe am Bear Lake ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen direkt am See im Herzen des Bear Lake Valley! Mit einer urigen Strandhütte für mehr als 30 Personen, privatem Zugang zum See / Strand, über einem Hektar großen Privatgrundstück und einem Standort, der zu Fuß von Ihrem Lieblingshimbeer-Shake-Joint aus zu erreichen ist; Es ist schwer, einen besseren Ort zu finden, um Ihren nächsten Urlaub in Bear Lake zu verbringen.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Hauptkabine mit Keller und ein separates Gästehaus. Das neu gestaltete Äußere und Innere beider Kabinen lassen die vergangenen Tage eines Familienurlaubs am Bear Lake nostalgisch werden. Mit zwei Küchen, zwei Waschküchen, einer Küchenzeile und einer Klimaanlage bietet diese Kabine viel Platz für Ihre Gruppe. Die Anordnung beider Räume macht diesen Ort perfekt für mehrere Familien, die nach getrennten Räumen suchen, während sie gemeinsam den See genießen.

Great spot in Garden City

This is our second time renting this for our company party of 20 adults. A really great time! The space could use a remodel but is definitely sufficient in most areas.

Great!

This place was a great location and had lots of space for our families. There seemed to be awesome updates on the home and can see improvements even since the pictures have been chosen. The only thing that was a little not well was the amount of earwigs in the house and the draining issue in one of the bath tubs. We definitely would stay there again. Great location and can see improvements in the future :)

Rainey family reunion

There was plenty of space for all of us and there were enough bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and dishes. I liked the ac in the master bedroom because it provided white noise. When we had a problem with the door knob in the master bedroom, Jordan came right over to look at it. There was plenty of parking for our boat and cars. We liked that we could all eat outside. The geese left a ton of geese poop on the lawn but I don’t know what you can do about that!😆

A little iffy

Bedding was clean, as were counters and refrigerators and bathrooms. Lawn was green, well mowed and spacious. Bear Lake was much higher than year before. Weather was gorgeous and mosquitoes were few. Plenty of space - pop rooms, baths, utensils. Negatives were TV didn’t have color, earwigs were plentiful as were goose droppings and, seasonally, cotton from the cotton wood trees.

Plenty of room

Fun homey cabin for our family of 5 couples, 3 adult children, and 6 grandchildren. Quiet places for baby to nap. Good size gathering spaces, too. We enjoyed our New Year's!

Great location

We had a great time in Bear Lake. This place has an amazing location which makes it convenient to walk “downtown” to restaurants and other stores. It also has a great property with lots of grassy areas where we played soccer, volleyball, baseball, and flew kites. Also loved the easy access to the water. It would be nice if there was a dock to get us through all the marsh, but we made due with the planks of wood that had been laid down to help us through the mud. It’s an older home and needs lots of updates. Some of our beds needed the sheets washed when we got there.

We were disappointed that the beach was not available because of the high water, totally beyond owners to control. Had an enjoyable time. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns. Needs some minor repairs like weather stripping around doors. Some rooms were pretty warm but we had a great time

Fun Family Time

As the owner said, there were a few minor repairs needed, but all-in-all, it was clean, well stocked, more than enough beds and, although a bit rocky and reedy, the beach was fun and fine. Thanks for doing the laundry - sheets and towels. That gave us more time to visit. It was a great location for us but it was kind of hard to see property from the main highway- maybe a bigger sign with numbers? Would definitely consider another visit!

Our stay was amazing!

We had a small event at the cabin and it turned out wonderful. The cabin was even cuter and nicer in person and was so well stocked. The yard and patio were beautiful and the view was stunning! We will absolutely be booking again. Jordan and Skye were so great to work with and their communication was prompt and friendly. This place is highly recommended!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The large lawn, the big deck, the area beneath the deck, the immediate access to the lake, the good kitchen space and facilities - these were all distinct advantages. The biggest disadvantage was the lack of tables and chairs for eating. We have a very large family, and we rented 4 houses in the area, but we met at this property for almost all of our meals. If they had more tables and chairs/benches for eating meals, that would be a huge improvement.

Great for family reunions!

We had a very large group with age ranges from 1-75. It was nice to have room for families to spread out. The house was very clean and we loved the location. We were able to walk to the shops and shakes every night which the teenagers loved. We liked the huge grass area and access to the beach. Beware of the biting flies though in early July. Once at the water, they were better :) Overall we loved it and we will for sure use it again for another reunion.

We had all of children and grandchildren. Plenty of beds for everyone. Beach access was great. Close to marina for boat rental. Owners very responsive and accommodating. We will be back.

Fantastic Time at Raspberry Pointe

Loved staying at this home--beach and water within a few hundred feet and attached to the property so kids and adults could be a the water's edge or in the house or on the deck. We rented 2 personal watercraft and launched them at the marine a few hundred yards away from the home. Then anchored them off the property with easy access for all. Water toys were great. Played games, Great place for 30 of the family ages 3 months to 68 years. Would stay there again and again.

Great set up for small kids

We had 27 people here ranging from 2-70 in age and everyone had a blast! The location, parking spaces, hang out areas, yard, sleeping options, and lake access were all fantastic! We especially loved the idea of having a separate cabin for the families with the younger kids so we can put them down and still hang out in the main cabin. The only issues we had, which were understandable, was that the previous group had filled up all the trash bins so when we arrived, there was already a ton of trash. In addition, which was stated on their welcome letter, the place was undergoing some cosmetic improvements but those projects in progress didn't hinder our experience and time at the lake. We would definitely recommend this cabin again. Jordon and Skye were fantastic and quite responsive and reachable, even at 11pm when we couldn't figure out how to turn off some lights. :-)

Bear Lake memories

We just returned from a great family reunion get away. If you want something that will fit everyone, and close to the beach, you will enjoy this property. It's close to Garden city, and you can walk to get the Raspberry shakes you need! We had other things planned, but the kids just wanted to use the kayaks and stay on the water at the beach house. The owners are working hard to improve, remodel and have done some great things. We will return and rent again. Can't wait to see what improvements they make! The owners are very personal, and very accommodating. Communication was great.

Huge property with lots of fun activities!!

This is a huge property with lots of fun activities. The lake access with kayaks and paddle boards, fire pit, and raspberry patch were a huge hit with everyone, as well as the proximity to yummy raspberry shakes. The owners were very responsive to the multitude of questions I had and even met us to do a walk through prior to our vacation date. We had a huge group of people. Except for the 3 babies we were able to assign everyone to beds, futons, or a couch. There was one Pack n’ Play available in the master bedroom closet. Note: the futon in the master bedroom really is just big enough for a kid – it’s only about 4.5 feet long. There was also plenty of parking in front of the house for our huge group – I think we had 13 cars, maybe more. If you plan to tow a boat or Jet Skis, there would be plenty of room to park those as well. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, mixing bowls, pots and pans, cookie sheets, muffin tins etc. There were also two crock pots, a blender, a stand mixer, and coffee maker. There were tons of eating utensils and enough plates and cups for at least 35 people. We were glad there was a dishwasher and were also grateful for the extra fridge/freezer space in the downstairs smaller kitchen. We were there at the beginning of August. There is no central air, but there are window units in the common area of the main house and one of the bedrooms of the north guesthouse, so those rooms stayed cool. Also, the basement stayed fairly cool. However, the master and one of the rooms in the guest house were quite warm despite the ceiling fan and opening the windows at night. I would suggest a window unit for those rooms as well. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach everywhere in both homes. I would suggest adding a second router for better coverage. Overall, we loved our stay! Our group is even considering staying here again for our next reunion.

Perfect Location for Fun

We planned our family reunion for the long July 4th weekend and Raspberry Pointe was a wonderful place to gather and play. The private beach access with firepit was definitely a highlight. The house is within walking distance of several places in Garden City to eat or to grab a yummy raspberry milkshake. We ate all of our meals on the large deck overlooking the back lawn and beautiful Bear Lake. The deck, downstairs patio and grassy backyard provided nice places for our large group to gather, play games and relax. We booked the main house, basement and guest house, which provided plenty of sleeping space, lots of towels, and a large convenient kitchen with all appliances (including several crock pots) in the main house that opens onto the deck. Air conditioning, windows with screens and ceiling fans kept the houses cool and comfortable during our stay. There was a large parking area for all of our vehicles. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. Note that if you are headed to Raspberry Pointe from Montpelier you will probably miss the house the first time as the sign faces south.

Great home(s) for a family reunion

We spent the week here celebrating a family reunion. There were plenty of beds for our group of 30+ people. Plenty of towels, laundry facilities and a kitchen fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Great facility!
