In addition to all the gadgets that the apartment has (internet, satellite tv, air conditioning, automatic shutters, elevator) the condominium still has a giant pool (for adults and another for children) football field, volleyball field, gym outdoor, a zone with park for the children, barbecue area and a large garden where you can walk.

There is an elevator in the building and the apartment has wheelchair access. There is also secure parking.
