The bedroom is set to the back of the house and is spacious and quiet. The apartment has large shower bath unit. We offer a UK king size bed (200cm x 150cm) in the bedroom.

The accommodation is approx. 30msq in internal size.

All appliances are included in the apartment: washer dryer, fridge freezer, double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. Operating instructions for appliances are in the cupboard. Fresh bedding, towels, toilet tissue, body and hand soap are provided on arrival.

The apartment is located within a safe and secure building with floodlights and recording cctv in communal areas.

Apartment has universal electric socket in case you forget your adapter plug. Bathroom cabinet has electric toothbrush and shaver socket. We provide hairdryer.

Older people, note there are stairs to access apartment as shown on photo. If you do not like stairs please do not book. Details of stairs: one flight of stairs with 2 winders from ground level (total 15 steps). One handrail. Width of stairwell 70cm. Riser=20cm, Run=22cm is 42 degree incline as approved by Building Regs for domestic stairs.

Public parking is available outside and/or in the surrounding streets. It is free at weekends and on weekdays from 5pm until 9am. Other times pay at meter.
