We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The full sea view apartment from every room consists of an independent entrance, living room with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower, kitchenette with gas stove and oven, bedroom with two single bunk beds and small internal service bathroom. A rustic setting, renovated respecting the external marine environment, creating a highly suggestive atmosphere. Large panoramic covered terrace on the beach, of which not too much description is needed. Private parking space about 80 meters reachable via a pedestrian path.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys - children are welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
