The space
This newly renovated second floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have wonderful new beds. Through the spacious living room with open kitchen you enter the terrace through the patio doors. Here is a dining area, a lounge set and two sunbeds. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The terrace is equipped with a shade cloth. Enjoy the Caribbean evening breeze from your terrace with a beautiful view over the Caribbean sea and golf course.

Price does not include:
✔ The economic use of energy and water is very important to us. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other appliances in the apartment is low but depends a lot on your usage. The air conditioners in particular use a lot of energy.
The normal consumption of water (0.25 m3 per day) and electricity (15 Kwh per day) is included. We then assume that the air conditioning only runs at night. Extra consumption will be charged via the deposit. USD 10,- per m3 is charged for water and USD 0.47,- per kWh for electricity. We will inform you about these meter readings at check-in and check-out. If you have any questions about this, we'd love to hear from you!

✔ We charge $250 (euro or NAF is also possible) in cash as a deposit, which you will receive back in cash after your stay.
