The Space:
Villa de Blanco is a modern villa located in the sought-after resort of Playa de Muro. Just a short walk away from one of the best beaches in Mallorca and all the amenities in the resort. This multi-purpose villa is perfect to enjoy quiet and amazing views over the renowned natural park of ‘s’Albufera’.

The entrance ramp, wide doors, and walk-in shower make the ground floor fully accessible to mobility-reduced guests, up to the stunning terrace with a gorgeous infinity-edge pool.

The villa is laid out over two floors. A ramp takes you through the main door, which opens to an open-plan lounge. Take your time using our fully-fitted kitchen while conversing with your family members in the stylish sitting area, where one can enjoy the satellite TV and Wi-fi. Two sliding glass doors fully illuminate the lounge, in which you can also find a double bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a family bathroom with an accessible walk-in shower.

The first floor is formed by three more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized double bed with a window and an en-suite bathroom, also with a walk-in shower. An additional family bathroom is shared by two twin bedrooms, both with sliding glass doors that lead to a balcony over the breathtaking Albufera.

Outside, one can enjoy a peaceful swim, have a barbecue under the porch, or just lay down in the sun and forget about everything. You have a shower room and a laundry room accessible from the patio, even an outdoor shower with hot water is available by the pool.

The property is fully air-conditioned and can also be warmed by a pellet stove. The A/C is available during fourteen hours a day, the considered ’resting hours’: from 14h to 16h and from 20h to 8h.

Located in the sought-after resort of Playa de Muro. Popular for is swimming and 6-km - long sand beach. This beautiful resort is split into four sectors along the beach: Playa De Muro Sector 1 (home to a range of restaurants and hotels), Playa de Muro sector 2 ( located only 3km from Port d’Alcudia), Es Comu (the beach is unspoilt here and within the S’Albufera Natural Park), and Es Capellans (the beach is busier here as you head back into tourist land).
