A stunning 4 Bedroom Villa located 80m from the beach at the heart of Marbella’s Golden Mile
A delicate mix of classic Mediterranean exterior architecture and contemporary interiors. Natural light floods every room and creates a light and calm ambiance. Simple elegance emanates from every corner of the Villa.
To top it all, it's pristine location; sitting just 80m to the beachfront, at the heart of the Marbella’s Golden Mile just steps away from all the prime entertainment, shopping, and dining.
The Villa’s interior, with soft neutral tones and flowing design, reflects the calmness you are searching for. Villa Samba was built with the owners’ personal needs in mind. The difference is in the details, making this Villa a practical and functional home using the most lavish materials, from the hardwood floors, the opulent kitchen granite, and the bespoke cabinetry.
The open-plan living/kitchen area is the perfect space to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. The lounge has a large Smart TV. This space leads onto the terrace and pool area.
The ensuite bedrooms at Villa Samba are comfortable, private, practical, and quiet. All suites are fitted with lush large beds, ceiling fans, and enjoy ensuite bathrooms with large walk-in rain-showers.
The Master Suite is on the ground floor. 2 further bedrooms are upstairs. These three bedroom suites have air conditioning and underfloor heating, wooden flooring and bespoke cabinetry.
The fourth bedroom suite is downstairs, on the basement level. It is flooded with natural light and enjoys 3m high ceilings. This bedroom has a 180x200cm Vispring Bed and a bunk bed, making it the ideal room for various uses such as a kid's room, a young family with small children, employees, etc.
The exterior of Villa Samba was created with one goal in mind: To ensure a picture-perfect holiday experience.
With over 300m of outdoor space, it creates the finest combination between soft and natural colours and classic Andalucian architecture. There is a wide variety of sunbeds, a hammock, seating areas, and dining facilities, all surrounding the saltwater pool and jacuzzi.
Furthermore, Villa Samba offers a large room on the basement level that has a fitness area and a second TV lounge.
There is secure parking for 2 cars.
Villa Samba is set in a privileged location just 80m to the beach, enjoying the calmness and security of a gated complex complete within walking reach of all major amenities, top restaurants, and services. The location is ideal since you can enjoy the rumble of the surf without the continuous buzz of people at the promenade as well as the comfort of being within walking distance of every major venue.
The Villa is set in a picture-perfect complex; quiet, private, secure, and soaked with palm trees, exotic plants, and nature.
It is just a 15-minute walk to Marbella centre port (walking by the promenade) and there is access to the main road (N340) a mere 200m away and the freeway (A7) is just 5 min drive.
