Inside, the villa is set over one floor and comprises a large lounge with dining area (satellite TV with free channels, sofas, armchairs, Wi-Fi internet), a fully equipped separate kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday, a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub and shower over. Outside, the property is surrounded by pleasant gardens and paved terraces, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the Mallorcan sun. The private pool is equipped with sunbeds and there are comfortable seating areas under the shaded terrace, a brick- built barbecue and poolside gazebo is provided for outdoor dining with views over the Albufera natural reserve. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
