This spacious three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is in a quiet residential development in the upmarket Ferryhill area and offers luxury living close to Aberdeen city centre.
There are good transport links to the city centre with its historic sights, leisure amenities, shops and restaurants and for green, open spaces beautiful Duthie Park and the banks of the River Dee are right on your doorstep.
This executive apartment is on the first floor, with lift. It has been thoughtfully designed for effortless, modern living and offers an exceptional feeling of light and space. It is finished to a high standard with neutral decor, wooden flooring, custom-designed German kitchen and contemporary furnishings.
