From the living room we can go out to the second private terrace of the apartment, which also has outdoor furniture. This terrace overlooks the community pool of the building. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
