Kitchen & utilities: Electric oven and 2 ring electric hob. Fridge with ice box.
Entertainment: Smart TV.
For families: No baby equipment provided.
Outside: Enclosed terrace with rattan garden furniture and two sun loungers.
Parking: Sufficient on-site parking with unloading allowed near the property. Tickets can be purchased at c.£20 per week
General: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No smoking.  WiFi provided.  Mobile phone reception varies.
Pets: 1 dog is allowed at an additional cost of £25 per week. Please bring your own bedding.
Accessibility: Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are 51 steps leading to the villa.
Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes: Electric panel wall heaters. Electricity by way of card meter. Min. £10.00 gratuity left for incoming guests. If this runs out, additional cards can be purchased from next to site office. Opening times 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday. Cash and card payments can be made. On site launderette - £5.00 per session. Seasonal opening.
