The property is located 5 mins drive from a wide variety of village shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs and services.
Our Guest House is a bungalow comprising three double bed rooms: the Master can be configured as a super king or twin, with French doors out to the garden. Bedroom Two has a king size bed with views to the garden, and Bedroom Three is set up with a double bed and a full size cot, which can be removed for longer term guests if not required. There is also a baby changing station and an additional travel cot available on request.
The accommodation is open plan with a large living area leading to the kitchen. For longer term guests, there is also a large two-person study with keyboards and monitors (for stays of more than two weeks and on request).
The open plan and well equipped kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, significant storage and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The utility room also boasts a second large fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, clothes dryer, significant storage space, and a cloak room cupboard for coats, boots & shoes.
The swimming pool is separate to the bungalow but on site and available to guests when not being used by our term time swimmers when hired out to swim schools and hydrotherapy classes. Please inquire at time of booking.
The large guest garden is fully enclosed and safe for young children and well behaved dogs only.
Cranleigh is home to an M&S Simply Food, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Cook Cranleigh, Pizza Express, good Indian restaurants (The Curry Inn & Malabar) and the usual high street shops – Boots, WHSmith, large post office – as well as some independent stores. Cranleigh also benefits from a good Leisure Centre with a small soft play area, 25m indoor pool, gym & squash, an Arts Centre and a golf course accessed at the Cranleigh Golf & Country Club. Knowle Park is also nearby and perfect for walks and children's play. The large village also includes a medical practice, dentists and opticians.
