It is easy walking distance to a whole host of entertainments including the Spa Pavilion, recently renovated Pier with a good restaurant and amusement arcade, and then a little bit further takes you to the town centre offering a comprehensive range of shops and cafes together with a cinema and bingo hall. A welcoming friendly local pub is just 2 minutes walk.

The apartment has plenty of natural light and has recently been refurbished and furnished to a very comfortable level. * Please note this apartment does not have a seaview .*

The modern and attractive open plan living space has a fully equipped kitchen which includes fridge, oven/induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing/drying machine, iron and ironing board, and cooking/serving equipment. There is a dining table with six chairs along with a breakfast bar and two stools. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics as well as essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.

The living area has a comfy leather sofa, a 42" Freesat Smart TV and coffee table.

Both bedrooms have a double bed, bedside units with lamps, and wardrobes. There is a bathroom with a corner bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.

The building has it's own secure entry, private entrance (please be aware this apartment is accessed via an exterior set of steps, there is no lift).
