There is a double and single bedroom serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden. WiFi, travel cot, highchair, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property accepts one pet however smoking is not allowed. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 1.7 miles there is a pub. The Annex is a charming escape to Dorset, whatever time of year. Note: This property is set on the owner's grounds.

Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1.7 miles. There is a tennis court available with no charge by prior arrangement, appropriate footwear must be brought (plimsoles are best). Please note: it is not allowed to charge electric vehicles at this property.

The town is bordered by two rivers, which provide opportunities for riverside walks and cycling paths. Once you've had a chance to see the town, venture out into the stunning Dorset countryside. You can explore the Dorset countryside at Moors Valley Country Park, which makes for a wonderful family day out. The country estate and mansion at Kingston Lacey, which dates to the mid-1600s, are open for visitors to tour. On the outskirts of Poole, Upton Country Park is about 6 miles away.
