The apartment is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. This property has 1 bedroom, which is closed and independent with a 150 cm x 200 cm bed and a built-in wardrobe, it also has a desk, perfect for teleworking. In addition, a comfortable sofa bed that comfortably accommodates 4 more people. It also has a full bathroom, with a bathtub. The space consists of a floor with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is located when entering the house, just to the right and is fully equipped and separated from the rest of the house. The living room and dining room are joined. In the dining room we can find a table with chairs for 4 people, and in the living room we can find a smart TV, an area with a sofa and a high-quality armchair. In addition, the farm has a swimming pool (seasonal), video security and parking in the same building with direct access to the apartment. Without a doubt, this apartment is the perfect choice for a couple or a group of 4 people who want to enjoy Madrid but at the same time be calm.

Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.

Check-in after 8:00 p.m. has a cost of 30 euros.

Check-in after 11:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. has a cost of 50 euros.

If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost.

Two sets of keys are provided.

Check-outs are at 11:00 am.

If the apartment is reserved for four people and they still want to use the sofa bed, an extra cost of: 20 eur per night must be paid. This additional cost includes the linen of the sofa bed and that it is prepared for your arrival.
