This location offers an ideal opportunity to discover two of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona. Gracia is more traditional with its spacious plazas filled with bar and local restaurants. Eixample is more modern and has large avenues like Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia where you find luxury shops, chic restaurants and Gaudi building “La Pedrera” and “Casa Batlló”. Also, the apartment is located only in 10 minutes walking from historic center of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya and Gothic area).

It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are a few basic main rules:

- Keep the apartment in perfect conditions.
- Do not smoke in the apartment.
- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- Do not stay more people in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation.

To avoid inconvenience to the neighbors, the terrace cannot be accessed from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

The tourist tax of 8.50€ per person per night is not included in the price. This amount should be paid on the arrival for people from 17 years old and just for the first 7 nights of the stay.
