Chiado, Bairro Alto, Alfama, das Stadtschloss und alle anderen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In dieser Gegend finden Sie viele traditionelle Geschäfte, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Vom sonnigen Balkon aus sehen Sie die Ruinen des alten Carmo-Klosters und auch den Santa Justa-Aufzug
Es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz eine Minute entfernt. Es gibt mehrere U-Bahn-, Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien, darunter die berühmte Straßenbahn 28. Die Haltestelle ist weniger als 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wenn Sie Cascais oder Sintra besuchen möchten, sind die Bahnhöfe ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar (10 Minuten).

Great apartment, spacious, clean, perfectly located in central Lisbon,very friendly owner

Dear Helena, we (2 adults, 3 kids) had a great stay in your lovely apartment. The communication with you was always good. We really appreciated the PERFECT location of your apartment in the Baixa! It is very close to the castle, the metro station "Rossio", the elevador de Santa Justa, the praca da Comercio.... A big supermarket, which is also open on Sundays, is just around the corner. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very big and very well equiped kitchen with everything you need to cook (large stove, dish washer, oven, micro wave, even a washing machine) with beautiful azulejos, and a huge living room. From one bedroom and the kitchen you have a beautiful view to the elevado de Santa Justa. The apartment is amuclate clean and its interiour design is very stylish and modern. The wifi worked fine. We are so happy that we stayed 6 lovely days in your flat. Thank you so much for being your guests. We will recommend your apartment to our family and friends. Muito obrigada, Helena!

Lisbon city break

Spacious comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a city break with 3 adult sons. Great location with a supermarket across the street and easy access to Rua Augusta and the Castlevia elevators. Carlos met us and showed us around and left us with various restaurant recommendations which didn’t disappoint. Recommended!

Great stay in Lisbon

We had a great stay at this property. Communication with the host was easy and they met us at check in and provided more information on the area including good restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect, close to all amenities and tourist attractions. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Lisbon.

Appartement cosy au coeur de Lisbonne

L'appartement est confirmé aux photos. Ils est vraiment très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La localisation est idéale au coeur du baixas, à deux pas d'un supermarché et de l'elevador Santa Juste. Bref, c'est appartement est idéal pour visiter Lisbonne.

Family Trip

We loved staying at this spacious apt with our 4 young kids. Helena was a very flexible/attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The apt was bright and airy and in a fabulous location! We were easily able to hop on various trains, trams and buses to explore Lisbon and beyond. Big pros for us as a big family was being across the street from a grocery store and having a washing machine in unit. Would definitely recommend!

Large apartment in the center of things

This apartment is in the perfect location for trekking around Lisbon. Helena was a great help meeting us there, orienting us and arranging a cab for our departure. There is no elevator to get to the apt(@35 steps) and the street is noisy, but that’s part of the old Lisbon experience. Would stay again

Wonderful holidays in Santa Maria Maior!

We ended up being 5 in this apartment that would be absolutely fine for 6 - it's very spacious, comfortable and having two bathrooms is a must for larger groups. The kitchen, decorated in beautiful period tiles, is well equipped and, despite of the fantastic restaurants available in Lisbon, we used it a lot, receiving friends to dine and all. The neighborhood is definitely very touristic and over the holidays was quite crowded: I would have preferred to come some other time of the year...but nevertheless we were tourists and there are a lot of must visit monuments and museums at walking distance. Thanks, Helena, for the lovely stay! We definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back in the future.

Fabulous space for a family, but

We found a few problems. While the bedrooms and kitchen and living room were large, comfortable and well equipped, the main bathroom had an unpleasant odor, exacerbated by the automatic scent dispenser. Our host was informative and responsive and the location was great in Lisbon. Note there is a bar next door, Club Noir, open weekends from 11 PM to 4 AM that is very noisy. Less noisy with the windows closed (even though we wanted them open to enjoy the cool breeze). Walking distance to everything, including grocery and metro. Our host left us a bottle of wine on arrival and arranged travel for our large party from the airport, with helpful hints on what to do in Lisbon. If the bathroom situation could be solved, this would have been the nicest apartment I have stayed in on my travels.

Perfect apartment for our vacation!

We were a group of 5 ladies on our annual vacation. The apartment was the perfect size for our group. There was lots of room for us to spread out. The bedrooms were very quiet even though two of them faced the street. There was plenty of hot water for several showers every day and night. Helena was very responsive in all matters. The location was perfect as well. Close to the Metra, a grocery store and the main street...especially once you get your bearings. We would definitely recommend Helena's apartment for a large group.

Spacious and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. Over a two week stay, it became our home in Lisbon. The location really couldn’t be better if you want to be in the heart of the city. The apartment itself was spacious: high ceilings, large rooms, and great mix of modern and traditional. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful Apartment in an Amazing Location!

Helena’s apartment was perfect for my family of 6. It is beautifully decorated and the location is within walking distance to all the major sights. There is a grocery store right out the door and numerous great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are new. The apartment is spacious and the interior looks exactly as shown in the photos. Helena was extremely responsive and very helpful with information regarding our sightseeing. We highly recommend Helena’s apartment- you will not be disappointed!

Excellent location, well kept. Excellent owner.

This apartment is in a prime location in central Lisbon. We walked everywhere easily or had easy access to multiple subway station lines and bus/tram lines and train station. The apartment is well kept and clean and fully stocked with everything you may need. There is air conditioning, which in the June heat, was needed for sure. Just a few notes to consider - we did not consider them bad, but just things future renters may wish to be aware. 1. It is on a busy street, so there is city noise. There is a club a little ways down the block that you could hear music and festivities into the night, but only if the windows were open. You also hear the car and street noises. Just reality. The location is worth it, however. 2. The is a washer, but no dryer. You have to line dry the clothes. Again, not a big deal, just the way it is. 3. It is a walk-up - no elevator. It's about 50 stairs up from the ground floor. Helena was great throughout the booking process and met us at the apartment on arrival to give us the overview and some helpful tips on the area. She answered all questions immediately and was more than available. When we have the chance to return to Lisbon, we would definitely rent again.

Spacious, convenient apartment in Lisbon

Helena’s apartment is spacious, nicely-furnished and well-equipped, and very convenient to a number of Lisbon’s sights, including Sao Jorge Castle and the Praca do Comercio. Also, there is a grocery store less than a five minute walk and the Baixa Chiado subway stop is nearby (take the elevator just down the street). Helena was very communicative and her associate Carlos gave us some great tips about the area when we checked in. We had a great stay in Lisbon and the apartment was a big part of that.

Appartement très spacieux et agréable

Appartement très spacieux et agréable, idéalement situé par rapport aux point d’intérêts à visiter dans Lisbonne. On peut tout faire à pied. Supermarché à 100 m. Des bons restaurants à proximité également. Grande cuisine très fonctionnelle, table et bancs dans le salon pour manger. 2 chambres (coté rue) et 1 chambre (coté cours). Pour les 2 chambres côté cours, nous avons eu une nuit un difficile, à cause d'une boite de nuit à proximité, mais c'était qu'une fois (sur 5 nuits passés dans l'appartement). C'est le seul point un peu négatif de notre séjour, si non on était super bien dans ce logement. Accueil très sympathique de Carlos, malgré notre arrivée tardive, et des réponses toujours rapides d'Helena.

Helenas apartment. In the historic district was perfect for us.

We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and the apartment was great.We spent our days walking around the different areas and visiting all the famous sites. Helena was very helpful and charming. She even came to the apartment in the evening a couple of times to show us how to properly use some of the appliances and she always answered our emails promptly. There were four of us and each agree that we highly recommend this place

wonderful spot

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, homey and comfy. We were 3 women traveling together and we had enough space to spread out after a day of exploring. Lots of cooking was done in the very well equipped kitchen with ingredients bought from a wonderful market a block away. Trams, trains, buses and the metro were close by making it very easy to access all the attractions around Lisbon. The location was perfect and Helena an attentive hostess with information and ideas that got us on our way. When I come back to Lisbon, I'll stay at Helena's again.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lisbonne

L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable (spacieux, plafond haut et lumineux). Toutes les photos sont conformes. La visite de la ville se fait très facilement depuis cet emplacement. Tous les transports en commun sont accessibles (métro, tramways, bus, train). Et, Helena apporte un très bon accueil avec un niveau de services d'un très bon niveau. A réserver en toute confiance.
