This property has one large bedroom with a king bed & an additional sofa bed that can sleep 2 in the next door room. The open plan sitting room is great to relax with a film in the evening and the kitchen is equipped for those wanting to cook up a meal.

The Space:
This is abeautiful, fresh apartment in a fantastic location.
The apartment is in a quiet apartment block on Queensway, perfectly located in the heart of the action without being disturbed by it.
The apartment is on the 7th floor of a portered apartment block, with an elevator to help you reach the 7th floor.

The Neighborhood:
Near Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, Portobello market and Notting Hill, Bayswater is wonderfully located for anyone wanting to have fun in the centre of London. Whilst staying in Bayswater you will have a palace, lake and horse riding stables virtually in your front garden – and all in Zone 1. Its cultural and social mix, reflected in the amazingly varied restaurants and food stores that line up along Queensway, lends the area some unusual contrasts. Bayswater is cosmopolitan yet comfortable, cutting edge yet cultured.

Getting Around:
Bayswater Tube Station (Circle & District Line) is just 5 minutes away, and Queensway station (Central Line) is only 6 minutes away, meaning you are fantastically connected. A number of buses also serve the area.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the sofa bed will not be set up unless it is previously requested at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. The fee for a sofa bed set-up is £72 inc VAT. Per 5 nights.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
