Jomtien Beach Condominium is, very close to Beach. The fabulous 6 km long sandy beach offers plenty of space to relax, along with a variety of water-sports. Jomtien benefits from many restaurants offering both local and international cuisines; a buzzing nightlife with a fantastic atmosphere - a variety of bars, cabaret and entertainment venues to choose from (including Jomtien's Walking Street - Super Town); a range of shops, fresh food markets and two fantastic night markets. Central Pattaya is easily accessible from the complex, being a just a short drive or Baht Bus ride away - with the main Baht Bus route between Jomtien and Pattaya running along beach road in front of the condominium. Pattaya offers a popular and lively nightlife, with nightclubs, bars, restaurants and cabaret shows as well as the famous Walking Street, ample shopping opportunities and many tourist attractions for the whole family to enjoy.

As well as being in such close proximity to Jomtien Beach residents here can enjoy some fantastic facilities, including: a fabulous salt water swimming pool, fitness center, children's play area, undercover parking, and a range of services at the complex such as laundry, massage and beauty parlors and shops; there is also 24 hour security.

As a self-catering studio, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

This studio sleeps 2, in a double bed. There is also a seating area, TV, kitchenette, bathroom and a balcony.

The a kitchentte includes a fridge, a hob, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.The bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are included.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out. A Security Deposit of 4,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
