This spacious and bright three-story house is available to receive up to 6 guests. The property is distributed as follows:

> Living room: stylish dinner table and chairs to enjoy rich meals, next to a large three-seater armchair in front of the TV, and fireplace.
> Garden: leaving the living room you will find the garden with outdoor table and chairs to relax in a calm atmosphere.
> Kitchen: super spacious, fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the crockery to enjoy a delicious meal. Here you will also find the washing machine.
> The bedrooms on the lower level have a comfortable double bed, storage space and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
> The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have Smart Tv.
> The second bathroom has a shower.
We have a gas water heater .

Other facilities that guests can enjoy during their stay include: private parking inside the complex, swimming pool and green spaces. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
Please note that the apartment only has AC in the master bedroom. The rest of the apartment has fans.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

In case of booking for a month or more, the cost of electricity is charged separately from the rate you pay at the time of booking. We collect a security deposit of 200 Euros in cash. In case electricity is less than that amount, we´ll reimburse the rest of the money at the time of check-out.

We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there are two options available for check-in.
You can pick up the keys at a specific location and then enter the unit on your own. This option is free of charge.

Otherwise, someone will be waiting for you on the apartment. In this option, there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates.

Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimum age to book is 25 yo.

*Crib available upon request at additional cost

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.

*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.

*If you lost the keys, we charge 70€.

*If you'd like to book more than 50 nights, please get in touch with us since Airbnb won't be showing the correct price when you select a 50+ nights stay.

*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
