Eingebettet in die friedliche Gegend von North Clearwater Beach, wird dieses wunderschöne PET-FRIENDLY Beach Cottage (komplett renoviert im Jahr 2017) Ihr Gastgeber für unberührte Küsten und beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge! Die Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Dusche und Badewanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Twin-Size-Betten und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Das Cottage verfügt über eine überdachte Veranda, die zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist. Der Zugang zum Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Das Achterdeck ist privat, luftig und komfortabel, um die Mahlzeiten zu genießen und sich zu entspannen.

LOVELY HISTORIC BEACH COTTAGE
We were fortunate to have spent 2 months at this wonderfully restored 1920's beach cottage. My husband and adult daughter and I found it cosy,lovingly and tastefully decorated with a keen eye for detail. Each room oozed just the right amount of charm..whimsical mixed in with classy & classic. The beds were all super comfortable. The vintage furniture pieces were reflective of the history of this gem of a house and helped to enhance the enduring character of our" home away from home". We enjoyed being a few steps from the beach,walking on the never crowded part of Clearwater beach,the breathtaking sunsets,the calm,peaceful water for swimming... Last but not least our stay was made even lovelier by our very kind and always helpful and responsive hosts,offering their personal bikes for us to ride,sending over personnel to take care of any issue that arose even our "frivolous" call to rid the master bathroom of a small frog that snuck in! This is a home that has so much of its own unique personality and charm and curated with a lot of love by its thoughtful owners/hosts. What a delight it was for us!

Relaxing Beach Bungalow
We stayed in Clearwater Beach for the first time this past March 2019. My husband and I were looking forward to a relaxing time in warm and sunny weather and we needed someplace that would also allow us to bring our dog. Since we are from the Philly area, we thought catching some Phillies’ Spring Training games would be an added bonus. Since we were unfamiliar with Clearwater Beach, we took a chance when we booked this listing. Turned out to be a PERFECT location. We were right across the street from the beach! We discovered that the “North End” of Clearwater Beach is more residential so the beaches there were not overcrowded, we were able to take our dog for walks on the beach and we were away from all the major hotels, day-trippers, spring breakers, etc. However, we were close enough to walk to so many restaurants (both casual & upscale) Clear Sky, Caretta’s, Tiki Bar, Palm Pavilion, Brown Boxer, Frenchy’s, and more. Being able to walk to so many restaurants (and some of the shops in town) was a real plus on the weekend when the “south end” can be pretty crowded and travel off of the island can be a bit “sluggish”. The home was a lovely 1920’s beach “bungalow” with an interesting history. The owners have updated and freshened it up and made it a very warm and cozy place to stay. The bungalow was very well stocked with beach towels, bath towels, linens, kitchen supplies, dishes, serving plates, all types of glassware and so much more. Since the bungalow is from the 1920’s there is a pass-through bedroom to the master and the master bath is split into two rooms: smaller room with a toilet/sink and larger room with a large walk-in shower, but since it was just the two of us, it was not an issue. For a smaller home it had everything that you would need: a wonderful enclosed front porch for chilly or a rainy day (not many of those) and a fantastic covered side porch where we ate many meals and hung out with friends that stopped by to visit (with a gate to keep our dog on the porch!). Another extra “perk” is the number of parking spaces available. You can fit anywhere from 3-5 cars in the driveway – which with the new parking restrictions on the beach block – was a huge bonus. The owners (Robert & Gabriella) were great about getting back to us with answers to any questions we had along the way. They couldn’t have been nicer. We loved our visit. We would highly recommend this listing for a couple or family.

Lovely restored beach cottage steps
Perfect house for a family (plus dog) on Clearwater beach. The home has been lovingly restored and is charming. The beach is steps away and allows dogs on leashes. I particularly enjoyed the front porch that wraps around 2 sides of the house.

Great Location! Close to everything, yet very private & quiet area.
Certainly a perfect location. We loved it because it was close (certainly easy walking distance if you like to walk, which we do, so we did alot of that) to all the festivities, restaurants, shopping area's etc., but being that it was located in the start of a nice residential area, every AM and evening was so very peaceful, which we loved & meant alot to us. Very close to trolley pickups too. Definitely steps to the beach, we enjoyed watching the sunsets every night. And we met alot of the neighbors too, who also made friends with & shared alot of great times together. We really connected with many of them. Lots of interesting conversations. The house itself was very roomy, well kept and beautifully decorated. Lots of nice touches throughout. Lots of great natural lighting also thought the house. Nice rather private deck on the side that we all sat out every AM & evenings. That seemed to be the area we spent the most time on. There is also a great large front porch area that you see in the photos. Very specious too. Great if one has little children or grandchildren to use for a nice play area for them. We had an awesome time in Clearwater Beach area, first time we were away for a month (February 2018) like this. And this location, residential area, and this house made it a wonderful first long time stay. The added Plus was we had so many beautiful continuous sunny days, no rain, and day temps in the high 70's low to mid 80's, night's 60's low 70's. Perfect! Especially being a northerner from Cape Cod MA! Definitely a thumbs up stay!

We purchased this gorgeous cottage in 2016 and completely renovated the property and updated it. We love traveling, international foods, spending time with our family, and enjoying the beauty of Florida.

The property is conveniently located to all of the amenities of Clearwater Beach such as Pier 60, Restaurants, Shops, Library, Public Pools, and Trolley. At this same time, our location is nestled in classic "North Beach" just outside of the "Tourist Central Zone". This provides the best of both worlds.
