Your second home will be our bright, modern and cozy condo located at The Juliet, one of the most elegant and centrally located buildings in beautiful downtown Victoria. 

With our healthcare background we implement extra standards for our cleaning procedures to keep everyone safe.

Our condo's floor to ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and sunshine, while you enjoy the comforts of modern living.

- Sleeping arrangment:
---Queen bed in the bedroom
---Double sofa bed in the living room (Sleeps 2 people)

- Kitchen:
---Cooking utensils and cutlery
---Dishwasher
--- A microwave and a toaster oven
--- A Nespresso Inissia machine
--- A water kettle and different types of teas and hot chocolate.

- Ensuite laundry (Washer/Dryer) plus detergent provided.

- Washroom:
--- Hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
--- Deep bath tub great for relaxation after a long day.

- Home entertainment:
--- A 50” smart TV that with Netflix and Amazon Prime included
--- A Chromecast connected to TV
--- A Bluetooth speaker for music lovers

- Temperature control:
-- Electric fire place.
-- Baseboard heaters
-- Delonghi Portable A/C for hot days


- Parking:
Johnson Street Parkade is conveniently located literally next door to our building.
The Parkade is never full, and prices are as follows:
*Free between 6 pm - 8 am Monday - Saturday.
*Free all day on Sundays.
*Free on stat holidays.
*Outside the above hours it has a $2 hourly rate, or $12 for a full day (8 am - 6 pm Mon to Sat).
*The parkade is also equipped with an EV level 2 charger.

- Active travellers:
We have a bike room at the Juliet with a dedicated stall. Downtown Victoria has many bike rental shops nearby. Running routes and hiking trails are available within walking distance or a short drive/bus commute . 24 hour indoor gyms are nearby as well as a climbing centre.

- Rooftop:
We encourage you to take advantage of our beautiful 360 degree views rooftop patio and enjoy your favorite beverage there and use the communal BBQ while soaking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mix of ocean, mountain and city views.

- Our own Victoria tips:
A week before your arrival, we will send you our carefully selected picks for all attractions, cafes, restaurants and other unique Victoria experiences that we would love to share with you. We will also leave a hard copy in the unit. Most of the list is easy to explore on foot from the condo.
