The entrance leads to the hall, where the kitchen, the toilet, and the living room are located.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots, crockery and pans. It has a glass door leading to the private patio.

In the living room, there is a large sofa, a TV, several side tables and a window facing the street. The dining table is also located here.

The living room connects to the corridor, which leads to the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a built-in closet, and a window overlooking the street.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a built-in closet and a glass door to access the inner courtyard.

The third bedroom has two single beds (one under the other), a small open closet and a window facing the street.

The patio has a small dining table.

We also have AC and fast WiFi.

You will have the entire apartment, a private patio, a parking spot, and the community swimming pool at your disposal. Make yourself at home.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes on foot from the city center.

Everything is accessible within walking distance:

- 5 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios.
- About 15 minutes on foot from the central beach La Malagueta.
