Dieses große offene Licht und hell, 2000 sq. Ft. Das Oceanfront Beach House bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf das Arch Cape, Castle Rock, den Tillamook Head Lighthouse, Cannon Beach, den Haystack Rock und Cape Falcon. Ansichten, Ansichten und mehr Ansichten. Das Hotel liegt am südlichen Ende des Falcon Cove Beach. Es hat raumhohe Fenster mit einem offenen, hellen und sonnigen Grundriss. Es gibt Meerblick von jedem Fenster in diesem Haus. Nistadler können in der Nähe der Südspitze von Falcon Cove gesehen werden, wo sich die Hütte befindet.
Der Zugang zum Strand ist nur einen langen Block von der Tide Avenue entfernt.

Dieses Strandhaus befindet sich in der abgeschiedenen Bucht Falcon Cove zwischen Cannon Beach und Manzanita, jeweils 11 km entfernt. Minuten vom Surfen im Oswald State Park.

Das Schlafen bringt 7 Leute unter. Es hat ein Doppelbett, zwei Queensize-Betten, eines mit einem Etagenbett darüber. Auf der Futoncouch im Obergeschoss kann auch eine einzelne Person schlafen. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und neue Handtücher im Wäscheschrank. Zusätzliche Decken in jedem Schrank.
Es gibt drei neue Matratzen und Matratzenbezüge. Eine neue Futonmatratze, neue Bettwäsche, neue Bettdecken und Bezüge, neue Kissen, neue Decken für jedes Zimmer. Neue Farbe und neue Waschmaschine und Trockner, neuer Kühlschrank und neue Töpfe und Pfannen und eine neue Mikrowelle.
Auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich ein Aussichtsdeck für den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Tisch für vier Personen. Dieser ruhige, friedliche Rückzugsort verfügt über einen Holzkamin mit Holz. Genießen Sie unseren Plattenspieler, Klavier, Bücher, Spiele und Rätsel. Hinter dem Piano befindet sich ein klappbarer Basteltisch.
Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8. Die große, offene Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte, Utensilien, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr. Dazu gehören eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Kaffeemühle und ein Toaster. Viele Geschirr und Utensilien zum Abendessen oder Kochen oder Backen.
Das Erste-Hilfe-Set und die Feuerlöscher befinden sich in der Küche und in der Waschküche.

We didn't even notice there wasn't a TV! I should totally tank this review so no one else will go there and I can have it all to myself!! OMG did we love it?? YES YES YES. This house is not a modern, up to date, over the top amenities sort of place. It is a house where you can feel the years of love and family. It is a place to enjoy the fire and listen to old records on a record player or read books of every sort! The beds were so comfortable and between that and the view from the bed, there was really no reason to get up! Amazing. Don't change a thing!

Cozy weekend

We loved watching the storms roll in from the big living room windows. The house was cozy and secluded. Everything we needed was in the house. Beds were comfortable. The owners clearly take time and care to keep the house tidy and functional. Although the fixtures are dated everything works perfectly and felt quaint and rustic. We enjoyed our stay with 3 kids (7, 12, 15). Easy drive to both Cannon Beach and Manzanita.

Special rustic cabin with amazing views

Our family of four loved this cozy cottage. Three bedrooms with super views - one which had cute bunks - and two bathrooms (one shower) provided plenty of room for us and our teenagers. They praised me every day for finding such a cool house. In a secluded neighborhood near many epic hikes and cute towns nearby, this place is very special. Well stocked for cooking, making fires and playing games. An old fashioned vacation with no TV. Even the rainy days were fantastic. The temperature outside was perfect for hiking - just be prepared for rain in January. We take vacations all over the world and this one ranks high - thanks! Only thing to note is the somewhat steep metal steps leading up to front door - those with mobility issues should be careful. They could also go around to the back door to avoid them and use inside steps.

The views of the ocean were beautiful. The house had a very cozy feel especially with a fire going. Plenty of stocked firewood ready for use and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything people say is true -rustic, beautiful views, remote but close to activities, spectacular beach with access a short 5 minute walk, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, wonderful ocean sounds, warm fireplace. If you want a Wolf gas range and Ann Sachs tile in your kitchen then you’ll be sorely disappointed. If you want to feel like the host has wrapped you in a well worn blanket of love then you will be very happy.

Dreamy coastal cabin

I stayed at the home for three nights with two friends. All of us have spent a lot of time on the coast and in that specific area/community. There are definite pros and cons to this house. Pros: The views from the windows are amazing. You are nestled in the trees and yet with a great view of the beach and ocean. If it's raining out... just light a fire and sit back with a book. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is fine. The kitchen has plenty of pans/knives/etc. The house was very clean. It's a wonderful peaceful location. Cons: There was a strong musty/mildew smell when entering the house and it was even stronger on the lower level with the bedrooms. I can't imagine this is an issue during the dry months but we've had a very wet November and the house smelled as if there were some air exchange from under the house into the house itself.

great location, wonderful owner response, rundown property

Arrived and accessed the property at wonderful location. However entered to receive a extreme musty smell. We started to get headaches and scratchy throats. The interior has very rundown floors, furniture and other items. There were no screens on windows and some were cracked. We could barely see through the windows. Owner responded right away to my text, was very apologetic and refunded my monies right away. This place needs lots of renovation before we would stay here.

Cozy home in a stunning setting!

Such a lovely well-loved home in a stunning setting! The house was cozy with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. It's a perfect getaway for anyone, especially those who love a rustic house perched on a forested cliff with lots of windows that overlook the wild Pacific. Arch Cape is a great location, close to the cute town of Cannon Beach and several beautiful state parks with terrific hiking.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at the Livermore house. We had such a wonderful time we already booked for next year! This house has everything you could ever want in a vacation home at the beach, minus a tv which in my opinion makes it all the better. We fully utilized the completely stocked kitchen for most of our meals. The beach is a very short walk and we love the beach nearby. We went to Ecola park and hiked down to the beach as well as Hug Point. The house has plenty of room and is so welcoming. The host is very quick to respond and no issues whatsoever with check in or out. I can't recommend this house more highly!

Magical Cabin in the Woods

The Livermore Cabin is exactly as pictured and described. Rustic, cozy, warm, and familiar vibes throughout the property. Lots of special touches, like the original site map, the fantastically-stocked kitchen, and the memorial to departed family members. Centrally located between Cannons Beach and Manzanita, this sylvan sanctuary was the perfect home base for my cousins and I to enjoy all the sights of the coast and enjoy amazing sunsets while tucked up next to a crackling fire. Offshore Grill has the best chowder and is definitely worth the drive. Nice little selection of vinyl- mostly classical, but a few pop gems in the mix. Lots of books to read, too, and a piano to play in case the weather isnt cooperative. We really enjoyed our stay and our rustic Oregon experience in the trees. few pop jgems in there. from my

I highly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was magical on foggy days, sunny and cloudy days. Looking outside reminded of the Twilight series. The host is amazing and communciations were great. The beach below is awesome and feels like a secret place.

Our favorite beach getaway

We absolutely love this property. The views are spectacular, and the house is quiet and secluded but still close to all the fun in Cannon Beach and Manzanita. The owners are great to work with and keep the house very clean. Also, the beds are very comfortable! We’ve stayed there three years in a row and plan to continue to visit every summer.

Amazing View, Beautiful Beach

This cozy cabin is so lovely. It's like stepping back in time. The homeowners have everything you could possibly need from ziplocs, beach towels, lovely sheets, paper towels, etc. We had a wonderful walk down to the beach (be prepared for steep hill but we needed the workout). The beach is pristine and gorgeous and you could drive down and have a picnic that would not include the walk back up. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Great location/comfy stay

The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipt. The location is excellent.. we walked down to the beach, close to Hug Beach, etc. It's a great place to stay with lots of room for everyone. The big windows have salt or some light film on them that hinders the view. Otherwise, we really enjoyed staying there and the hosts were great.

Secluded and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay here. It felt secluded and hidden in the woods, yet close enough to Cannon Beach to enjoy doing tourist things like venturing out to HaystacknRock, examining tidal pools and the creatures that live in them. We particularly liked listening to records while enjoying a fire in the fireplace.

Heaven on the Coast

The pictures DO NOT do this place justice. Gloriously private, the sound of the ocean in every single spot of the house, an AMAZING view outside of every window! The bedding and mattresses are luxurious, and the kitchen has everything you could want to cook full meals and more. Many many games, puzzles, and neat things like binoculars and tide charts. It is a place just radiating love and family history. The creaky floors added to the charm, in our opinion. This is not the place for you if you have mobility problems--no wheelchair access, steep stairs, and all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower floor. But if you are mobile, you will love it, as well as the (slightly scary) nearby beach access (hardly populated at all) as well as the very quick drive to Cannon Beach with its fun touristy main street and easy beach access. We are already starting to save up to come here again.

We purchased the land in the late 50's then built the house in 1967. The floor to ceiling windows, the vaulted roof and kitchen pass through counter all reflect this time period. Our family grew up with most the neighbors in this community on our summer breaks and holidays. The rest of the time we mostly resided in Portland Oregon. We hope you love this area as much as we do.

Location, location, location. The Livermore Beach House is only ten minutes to Cannon Beach and ten minutes to Manzanita. Nestled in the forest of Oswald West State Park. Five minutes to surfing at nearby Oswald State Park and five minutes to Hug Point. Hikes and whale watching from Neakahnie mountain are only five minutes away. Oregon Coast Trail crosses Falcon Lane as you enter our community. It makes for a lovely day hike to surfing at Oswald State Park or to Arch Cape. Our Beach House has a very private, spacious, tree house feel. For people with physical limitations drive to Manzanita just south of us to an easy, level entrance to the beach.
