Eingebettet in die prestigeträchtigen Country Club Gegend von San Rafael ist dieses Gated Estate ideal für Retreats oder Familienfeiern.

Es ist ein Shangri-La; Friedlich, privat und abgelegen, umgeben von über einem Hektar blühenden Gärten und einem Schwimmbad. Die Tore öffnen sich zu einer langen Einfahrt.
(Parken für maximal 8 Autos erlaubt).

BITTE BEACHTEN SIE:

Das Haupthaus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, mit schönen Holzböden im gesamten 5500 Quadratmeter großen Haus.
Die Kosten für das Haupthaus betragen 950 USD / Nacht ... (1.250 USD / Nacht für den 26. November - 2. Dezember) ... und bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Gäste über Nacht.

Es gibt ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit einer Miniküche und einem Badbereich, in dem 4 zusätzliche Übernachtungsgäste gegen einen Aufpreis von 300 USD untergebracht werden können. 00 / Nacht. (Total Gäste wären 14.)

Fabulous Place

We spent a weekend here with family and hosted a lunch with friends. The house is large and beautiful, and the grounds are private and lovely. There was plenty of space to gather and also find some seclusion, if desired. We had a great time and hope to return for another stay at some point.

Incredible property

We rented both the main house and the apartment, and it was perfect for our large gathering. The house has so many charming details. It's very spacious and allowed us to gather comfortably in a variety of places. We also enjoyed the piano and the outdoor patio/fire pit. Everyone slept well, too. I recommend it!

Great weekend

Our family gathered in the house for our Mom's 95th birthday. The house and grounds are beautiful, and the open floor plan, with the kitchen, sitting room, and dining table all in one open space) made it possible for us to be together and have separate conversations. Perfect for family party.

Works for Large Group

We slept 15 people here for 3 nights, renting the main house and the apartment. The place felt very clean--no dust or dirt anywhere. It is lived in--some of the drawers did have some personal items and the fridge/freezer had quite a bit of food in them but this did not affect our enjoyment. Cecilia was available to us, answered texts promptly and cared that everything was to our liking which we appreciated.

Beautiful property

The house is beautiful. It is very spacious, great for family/ friend gatherings. Location is convenient. And they have VCR! kids all had a great time watching Beauty and the Beast and Peter Pan after dinner. The only thing was that there was a wasp nest on the ground right next to the house which was a bit scary for the kids. Hope it has been removed. The grill and kitchen sink were also not in best condition during our stay. But I get it that a big place like this is hard to maintain. We all had a great time!

Beautiful property

large estate property in a gem of a neighborhood! Beautiful grounds and pool! Large kitchen and patio areas made it easy for our extended family to gather & converse. The number of bed spots didn’t seem to exactly coordinate with the listing. For example, Says there’s a room with 2 queens, a king, and a futon but there wasn’t the second queen. It all worked out and we had a nice time overall but wanted future visitors to be aware of checking on the number of sleeping spots.

Spacious and lovely house for large family gatherings.

The house was clean and spacious and perfect for our large family gathering. The owner was responsive and great to work with. We loved the putting green and had a great family golf tournament! The fire pit was also a wonderful addition for our evenings. Please Note: The house is listed as 5 bedroom/ 4 bath for 1500 a night , BUT- The 5th bedroom / 4th bath is an additional cost to the price listed. This is a bit confusing because you must go the the drop down information in order to see this in the fine print. I thought I had rented 5 bedrooms from the beginning and was very grateful that the owner reached out to me a few weeks before our trip and let me know that I had only rented the "main house" which was only 4 bedrooms and 3 baths which would not have worked for our group. Plus, I would not have wanted other people on the same property at the same time. So, just make sure you know what you are renting and the cost. We had a wonderful time and I would rent again.

Birthday Celebration and Family Reunion

My husband asked for a special family reunion to celebrate his 85th birthday. This very beautiful home was the perfect setting for our family. As our daughter's family was unable to join us so we were 5 adults and 5 teens enjoying the 5 bedroom estate. We all loved the setting and privacy. The pool, garden, board and card games, croquet games, ample indoor and outdoor space all provided treasured memories for everyone. Our host, Cecelia, provided folding tables so we could have our meals together. She also suggested hiking and running trails as well as answering questions regarding the estate and promptly responding and resolving a small problem. It was just a delightful experience.

Beautiful, Expansive, Clean House in Serene, Upscale Neighborhood

Cecelia is an incredible host and made sure to answer all our questions. She was generous to also extend our stay time to 1PM(minimal addle. costs apply). She also made great recommendations to the McNears Beach(can't be missed) and Ill David fine Italian restaurant in downtown(Dining Under the Lights). Like others have said, pictures don't do justice to portray the huge, fully furnished, sparkling clean Ranch house in a very quiet and rich neighborhood. It is an awesome house for large groups. We were 14 of us and it was absolutely perfect if we included the apartment. The house has abundant supplies(lots of towels but get a Napkin roll if you are used to Paper towels), plenty cutlery and plates. Don't miss the Puttting Green to play recreational golf and the beautiful backyard. Overall, our friends had an amazing time and we will treasure our stay at this house forever and we highly recommend this house as a must stay in and near San Francisco. Couple of pet peeves from the group. 1. Beds are old and creaky. For those with backpain, the master bedroom and Apartment beds might be sinking in and for light sleepers, if you share the bed the creaking might disturb your partner. 2. When we came, the kitchen smelled like raw eggs we thought due to the dishes not being washed properly in the washer. We ran the dishwasher and then the stink was gone completely. 3. The fireplace could not be used because of a written restriction on the instruction sheet but the fire pit is a great place for fire chats. We absolutely loved that congregation area. Thanks Cecelia for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Home Away From Home

This property truly feels like a "home" for guests. I had a larger group of family and friends (12) and the house fit us very comfortably. The backyard is a dream, complete with a fire pit and pool; and completely private and serene. The host and house is wonderful - highly recommend!

Great property and pool

The location and backyard with the pool were amazing. Really relaxing and had a lot of fun in the solar heated pool with our large family gathering. The place is enormous so we never felt crowded. The kitchen is also well stocked with pots and other things you may need for cooking. There’s not a ton of space in the frig given the size of the house and the number of people allowed to stay there - would’ve been nice to have a second frig in the garage but we managed. The only downside were the beds were extremely soft as in you couldn’t get out of them once you sank in so be ready for that if you have back issues. The number of bed spots also didn’t seem to exactly coordinate with the listing. For example, Says there’s a room with 2 queens, a king, and a futon but there wasn’t the second queen. It all worked out and we had a nice time overall but wanted future visitors to be aware of checking on the number of sleeping spots.

Amazing home

We rented the home for a 50th birthday party with family for a day. The entire home is absolutely beautiful and enormous. The pool, the kitchen and the backyard were beautiful. There’s even a small golf putting area. We regret not spending the night because it was truly a gorgeous home. Cecilia was very responsive, she was flexible and truly a great host. We plan to book again in the future!

Great experience

We had 14 people there for one evening and most of the gathering took place in the kitchenAnd the living room. It never felt crowded. The fire pit in the backyard with a great gathering place for coffee And you feel like you’re isolated in the mountains. Cecelia responds very quickly even if she’s on vacation in Mexico.
