Do you want to break routine of your hustle life, but still be close to markets, restaurants? This house is for you! Located twenty minutes from Bol you will get all the restaurants, fresh fruits, vegetable and fish market as well as the supermarket small town can offer. You will have unforgettable holiday away from modern technologies and close to nature!
This house is perfect for small families or couples who want to escape from the real world.
You need to be prepared to leave tv, Wi-Fi and work when you come here on holiday. There is no AC but beacuse of sea and light breeze which always blows you wont feel the heat. Also you cant charge your phone in the house, but we will provide you with charging port for your car so you can charge your phone while you are driving.
Fridge as well as the stove run on gas.
Water is not unlimited so you need to be rational in its consumption. Water is drinkable so you dont need to buy water. We care about the nature so the hot water comes from sustainable source of energy- the sun
You have one double bed and one single bed, bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen has fridge, stove and counter space for prepping food. You have dining space inside as well as outside by grill.
Child highchair and travel bed per request.

Per request boat can pick you up from the beach and take you on the tour wherever you want.
After you get off main rode you have 15 minutes of driving on macadam not asphalt.
This house is completely private. You do not have neighbors. You are completely separated from the world, but still close to Bol (twenty minutes by car) so you do not need to worry about food or other neccesities. You are surrounded by nature. House is about 30 meters from sea without anything in front blocking the beautiful view of our Adratic sea and island Hvar. You have access to two beautiful small beaches. Beaches are not private but other people can only come to them with boat and not by land beacuse there is a fence so they are mostly empty.
