Cortes is a hub of art and literary culture. One of the most privileged neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. The apartment is fantastically located less than five minutes from Cibeles Square. In the heart of an area of Madrid where the most prestigious buildings from the 1920s are located (Bank of Spain, Círculo de Bellas Artes...). In the Barrio de las Letras (Literary Quarter), Calle Huertas is lined with quotes from former residents, such as Cervantes and Lope de Vega, whose house is now a museum. Very close by, the tree-lined Paseo del Prado leads to the famous Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. There are tapas bars with crowded terraces on Plaza de Santa Ana.
The Apartment:
Luxury, comfort, design, or equipment, are adjectives that perfectly define this apartment with three independent bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them en-suite, which will undoubtedly meet the demands of any client looking for an ideal space to stay and feel comfortable. When it comes to decoration, no expense has been spared on details, with the intention of offering quality, design and style to all its guests.
The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, so that it can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is of great design and is fantastically equipped with everything necessary: washing machine, induction hob, microwave, and any small appliance that may be needed.
With an area of 75 square metres, this fabulous apartment has a very good layout. The bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, is spacious, equipped with a huge built-in wardrobe and a great quality double bed, essential for a good night\'s rest. The apartment is exterior and takes advantage of all the daylight. However, the other two bedrooms with double beds overlook an interior courtyard and are therefore very quiet. The windows are double glazed, soundproof and resistant to sudden temperature changes.

Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
