Ground floor 2-bedroom apartment next to Passeig de Gracia. The great thing of this apartment is the location, it is really good.
It is located between Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia, close to the Gaudi monuments and shopping areas.

1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 individual beds)

There is a kitchen and 1 complete bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances (fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven and microwave) and cooking utensils. The towels, sheets, iron and hairdryer are included.

Please be aware that the apartment (32m2) is on a ground floor next to the building entrance and elevator.
It is an interior apartment with small windows overlooking the inner coutyard.

The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, right in the heart of the Eixample. It is a very safe area, quiet but at the same time active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighborhood is the most cosmopolitan of Barcelona, where the families are mixed with the young and international atmosphere.
In the same street as the apartment there are several restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, etc.

- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- Do not stay more people in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation

Families with kids and teenagers are more than welcome.

The tourist tax of 8.50€ per person per night is not included in the price. This amount should be paid on the arrival for people from 17 years old and just for the first 7 nights of the stay.

The apartment is rented cleaned and checked. During your stay, if you need, you can request extra paid cleaning service.
