Casa Branca ist eine schöne Familienvilla mit herrlichem Blick auf die Landschaft, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit mehreren Restaurants und einem Minimarkt, zwischen Carvoeiro und Ferragudo, in der Nähe der Golfplätze Vale de Pinta und Gramacho gelegen.

Die Villa besteht aus einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit elektrischen Jalousien, Klimaanlage und einem Holzofen für die kühleren Monate, einem Esszimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche. Von der Küche aus führt eine Treppe hinunter zur seitlichen Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Grill, sowie zum Garten und dem eingezäunten Pool.

Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer (2 Doppel- und 2 Einzelzimmer), alle mit Einbauschränken, und 3 Duschräume (einer mit Hydromassage).

Im Souterrain finden Sie ein schönes Spielzimmer/Bibliothek, um sich zu amüsieren oder einfach nur um sich zu entspannen.

Die geräumige Aufteilung der Villa eignet sich auch perfekt für zwei kleine Familien, die gemeinsam Urlaub machen möchten.

Der Pool (gegen Aufpreis beheizbar) ist ausgestattet mit einem Dusch und Sonnenliegen.

In der Wintersaison (November bis März) werden die Energiekosten separat nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.

This villa was great for our 10 day vacation as a group of 6. It is spacious, has a great pool and many large balconies. Carvoeiro (5 min car ride) and Ferragudo (5 min car ride) are, in my opinion, the most beautiful towns in the Algarve, and both are right out around the corner of this accommodation. All around great experience, would definitely come back!

Inaccurate description

Advertised as having a woodburner for the cooler months. Having some form of background heating was one of my booking criteria for a January holiday. The woodburner was out of action with no prospect of repair. This was not communicated to me either at booking or prior to arrival.There was inadequate heating in the form of aircon which was absent in large kitchen/ dining area. The local agent brought us some small heaters on request to assist but overall a cold experience. Also failure to inform me of burglar alarm and we set off alarm on arrival.The villa is not suitable for a winter let in its current condition. It has a lovely pool which is heatable.

Beautiful villa, lovely pool, walkable to nearby restaurants

Gorgeous villa with stunning views. Really clean and very spacious with all the facilities you could hope for. Kids spent most of the week in the pool, or indeed playing pool on the pool table downstairs. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants in the evenings. Would recommend Trattoria Oliveira, Oregano and Vila Nova. Carvoeiro is also walkable in about 45 mins (or it's only a few euro in a taxi). Some lovely beaches within a 5-10 min drive.

Great week away

Lovely villa - lovely pool - worth paying for the pool heating - supermarket mins away and lovely food. Would have appreciated more shade on the pool but we lined up all the parasols and this worked in one corner of the pool. Nice spilt levels for the bedrooms

Fantastic

Beautiful villa and equipped with everything you could need. Spacious and spotless. All rooms with a/c. The pool was fabulous. Pool guys and gardener came during our stay and we’re extremely pleasant and respectful. I cannot praise this villa highly enough. Also a huge thank you to Fabio who arranged a doctors appointment for our daughter and checked up on her the next day. Highly recommend this villa and the letting company. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Communication with Anabela was excellent and very easy. The villa is clean and spacious throughout.

My teenage children enjoyed the large pool , the villa has everything you need including UK tv channels. The villa was clean an spacious with lovely views of the surrounding area.

superbe villa

magnifique villa, très bien située, des prestations vraiment de qualité, ménage et entretien au top. Petits bémols, le manque de volets aux fenêtres des chambres du bas et les matelas de la chambre avec les 2 lits simples (en bas également) un peu inconfortable et une clé serait bien venue pour la salle de bain, la production d'eau chaude un peu insuffisante pour 7 personnes, mais se sont de petits bémols car tout est pensé pour passer de très très bonnes vacances, piscine sécurisé et très grande avec plusieurs niveaux, billard pour les grands, nous avons passé des vacances vraiment géniales, je recommande cette villa

Clean, spacious, well equipped villa with a nice pool and secluded garden in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Four restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. About 5 minutes drive to nearest golf courses; about 15 minutes drive to nearest large supermarket and beaches.

magnifique villa!!!

superbe propriété où tout est fait pour faciliter la vie des locataires. piscine extra, des prestations vraiment de qualité. le passage de carolina est très appréciable. tout petit bémol, le manque de volets aux fenêtres des chambres et la production d'eau chaude un peu insuffisante , le matin surtout, mais ce sont de tout petits bémols au regard de toutes les autres prestations toutes parfaites. une maison à recommander!!!!!

Lovely but......

Property and location is very good. Comfortable and spacious with virtually everything you want in a property. The gripes are: Hot water is virtually non existent in kitchen unless tap is left running for 5/10 mins. and on commenting to the rep. was informed there is "no hot water supply in kitchen", blatantly wrong! You would think in an area that encourages you to save water this needs sorting. The hot water tank on the roof (solar) is not of sufficient size to feed a 3 shower property, hence the upstairs shower furthest from the tank takes an age to get hot water, and only after the immersion heater has been left on! The sun shades around the pool need looking at, as there are 2 bases that fit the shades (4 number) and other bases that are broken with different pole fixing for the shades provided. I could not get the tv with satellite working (!) but the "Virgin" online service has most programmes that are needed, and there are bags of dvd discs available, stored downstairs in the pool room. The screen door in the double room on the top floor is ineffectual as it doesn't fit and simply falls off when the glass door is opened. The sliding glass door has also got a problem with the lock, making it almost impossible to secure. Overall a very comfortable property with good fittings, just needs those gripes fixed.......... oh... and the heated pool is a godsend!!

Wonderful Villa and relaxing holiday!

We are not long back from a 10 day holiday in this fabulous Villa. We were a family of 4 plus a family of two and the bedroom to bathroom ratio works perfectly with a double and twin room downstairs sharing a large double basin bathroom with shower and a double with en-suite and a twin with access to another large bathroom upstairs. The pool is such a great size and we got a great deal of use from it in the August heat. We didn't hire a car to get around and with a small supermarket and restaurants around the corner and easy ubers for getting into town or to the splash park and beaches etc this worked perfectly. The pool is cleaned regularly and the maid came 3 times. There are cooking utensils aplenty if you want to eat in and a lovely large bbq and seating area. The 15 yr old made most use of the pool table so we really think we managed to use the villa to its best. We all would happily go back.

Estupenda casa vacacional

Ha sido un acierto elegir esta casa porque hemos estado en familia y todos hemos disfrutado de las instalaciones, tranquilidad de la zona y piscina. Tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para que no te lleves nada de casa, muchos pequeños detalles. Muy recomendable, volvería seguro.

Villa Casa Branca 2019

This villa is outstanding and has everything to make the perfect holiday. It was so big that I am sure that we didn’t use half of the amenities. The Wifi was super fast and the TV had 99 English channels. This villa is close to a small supermarket and the cost of an Uber cab down to Caraveiro was about 5.50 Euros. The view from the rear of the villa is breath taking. The house maid cleans three times per week and the pool was lovely and warm and not over looked. This is a large property which is full of character and charm. We will hopefully book this villa again and I would score this villa as 10/10. This is the best villa my family have stayed in over the last 10 years. Also the management team are first class and just a quick phone call away if you need any assistance.

Huge place, extremely clean

Great property with a massive heated pool, four large bedrooms and kitchen, about 30/40 minutes walk from the main beach and the restaurants (good pizzeria next door open at night). Amazing sun set. Barbecue. Well equipped throughout. Maybe too many stair cases when you come with younger kids. Maid was there 3 times a week which is definitely a plus when you go to the beach everyday. Good central location if you want to visit Algarve. The village itself is very pretty and great for kids.

Brilliant Holiday

Wow !!!! What a brilliant holiday we have had the villa was amazing , the pictures don’t do it justice, there was everything you needed to have a really comfortable stay. The pool was the best we’ve had and paying for the extra heating was worth every penny us the children and our friends who came to visit we’re never out of it. I really can’t recommend this villa enough and we will definitely want to stay again.Thankyou for a wonderful stay xx
