Welcome to your new Parisian home between the Louvre Museum ,Notre Dame and Le Marais. This apartment is a small haven in the heart of Paris. Around the apartment you will find pedestrian streets to discover Paris’ most central and lively neighborhood.
The apartment is located in a historical building that was built in 1700. The 850 sqft apartment has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

The apartment is comfortable for 6 persons and a maximum of 8 persons.

The apartment is equipped with:
- 1 TV in the living room
- High speed Wifi
- Washing and drying machine, hair dryer
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items
- A baby cot / high chair if needed
- No elevator
For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Guest Access:
Attention special access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.
To access at the apartment :
-You will need to collect the keys from the Sebastopol Market at 10 minutes from the apartment.
- On the day of your departure you must also return the keys of the apartment at Sebastopol Market
- The codes to collect and deposit the keys at the Sebastopol Market will be communicated to you few days before your arrival.
- If the process is not respected you will have to pay 170€ of damage
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
-Attention very sensitive neighborhood - Please do not make any noise in the common areas
The Neighborhood:
Between the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and Le Marais, the apartment is in the most central neighborhood of Paris. The district is the vibrant center of Parisian life. It is mostly made of pedestrian streets that are perfect ways to discover the historical center of the city.
Our neighborhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home.
The neighborhood is very safe with the Pompidou Museum of Modern Art 500m away from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Subway station 4 / 8 / 9 : Strasbourg Saint Denis
Airports : to come / go to CDG or ORY airport :
Direct with RER B to the station Châtelet Les Halles and take the subway to “Strasbourg Saint Denis” station.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm to 00am => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate to you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure : until 11am
We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors.
Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules:
- no smoking
- no parties
- no music
- no people other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video session
If only one of these rules is not respected: .
- the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment.
In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
