## Space

Our home is set over two floors and is perfectly suited to people that want to enjoy the local cuisine and nightlife, that this historic, yet very modern town has to offer.

On entering the house, you walk into the lounge and kitchen area. This has all of the appliances that you will need to cook some of the local fresh fish available at the nearby fish market, just minute's walk away.

On the second floor, you have a double bedroom and a bathroom. The double door in the bedroom opens up an amazing rooftop terrace!

The apartment is all yours during your stay!

This home is in the hands of Rental Valley, a property management team who works hard to ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable! We are available should you have any questions or requests during your stay.

From one week before arrival, we’ll send you our rental guide. This holds all useful information to help you arrive safely and much more. Please read it carefully before your arrival and let us know if you need anything or have any questions.

## Neighborhood

Please be aware The house is located in the city centre so you might experience some noise disturbance during the weekends.

## Transit

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended.

A nearby taxi boat will bring you to one of the 2 beaches that Faro has to offer

After 10pm is possible but at your own risk - our support team might not be available after that hour.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
