Clifden is a bustling market town in beautiful Connemara and offers a perfect base when exploring the region, while still being located close to all services, shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The apartment is situated within 50m of the town square, which is surrounded by a mix of bars, restaurants, shops, and services. The south facing balcony at the rear of the apartment overlooks the inner harbour of Clifden bay and offers a wonderful space to relax after a busy day. Clifden is located on the Wild Atlantic Way, and you are a just a short drive from a selection of beautiful sandy beaches where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. There are many beaches dotted along the coastline and some of the more popular beaches can be found at Cleggan, Claddaghduff, Renvyle, Ballyconneely, and Roundstone. There are many walking routes in the area which offer fabulous scenic views at every turn, including the Connemara Greenway, Derrigimlagh Loop walk, and the various walking trails throughout Connemara National Park. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, hiking, cycling, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more. Festivals of note in Clifden town are Clifden Arts Festival, The Connemara Pony Festival, Clifden Traditional Music Festival, and many more throughout the year.

1 Bedroom - Sleeps 2. This is a beautifully furnished studio apartment with views over Clifden bay. Access to the building is at street level, followed by descending stairs to the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, you are met with a modern and bright open space with modern décor and good-quality furnishings and fittings throughout.
The accommodation is all on one level and compromises of a combined kitchen, dining and lounge area, and a bedroom and bathroom area which is screened from the living area. The lounge area opens onto a decked area via sliding doors, which offers outdoor furniture and overlooks the inner harbour of Clifden Bay. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences including, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable seating, coffee table, and TV. The dining table seats 4 persons and is located adjacent to the kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and ample storage for clothing and belongings. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and includes WC, sink, shower and heated towel rail. This property is not suitable for children and there is no capacity for additional beds or cots.
The property is electrically heated throughout. Wi-Fi is available. Electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking is not allowed. Pets by request only. Short breaks are available. A free public car parking is located nearby (200m) or paid on-street parking is available from 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday.
