Welcome to our beautiful house in Albufeira. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


There is an outdoor communal swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment!
This property has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay on the winter days.
Also air conditioning split units at the 3 bedrooms for cooling and heating.

Staying here also allows you access to the private garden with sunloungers, parasols, table and chairs.
There is also an outside BBQ.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms at the 1st floor and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.


There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it at the 1st floor.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink at the ground floor.
The third bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower at the 1st floor.


Linen, towels, "essential toiletries for the day of arrival", a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Pool towels also provided.

Terrace table and chairs, parasols and 6 sunloungers.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Swimming pool access only from 8am to 9pm
- Bookings by travelers under the age of 21 are not accepted.
- It is not allowed to do any type of noise between 9pm and 8am.
- Loud music and shouting is not allowed inside our outside the villa or on the terraces and common areas and swimming pool of the condominium in order to keep a good atmosphere in the condo and not to disturb the other neighbors.
- No parties or bachelor parties are allowed.
- Condo rules and common areas available on the property and on request to the Villa Manager.
- Changes to the furniture / equipment in the house are not allowed.

Please note:
"The City Council of Albufeira, in the district of Faro, will start charging, from May 21st 2024, a tourist tax of two euros for overnight stays in the municipality in accordance with the Municipality's regulations, between April 1st and October 31st and All guests aged 13 or over will be charged for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights".
Our customers will be informed of the details on how to pay this tourist tax.
