Beautifully constructed from brick and traditional Norfolk flint, this detached chalet-style cottage is situated at the heart of the seaside village of West Runton. Perfectly located on North Norfolk's stunning coastline in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this hideaway provides great proximity to local amenities and leisure facilities, as well as stunning sandy beaches and pleasing walks.
Modern, comfortable and contemporary with plenty of room for family, friends and dogs. The spacious ground floor offers a sumptuous sitting room featuring large comfy sofas arranged around a wood burning stove and Smart television. Perfect for nestling into to watch a film after a day spent exploring the big outdoors. Invite the outside in by opening the french doors that lead to the enclosed, sunny garden. Natural light floods the separate dining room which provides seating for six around a spacious wooden table. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a Range cooker and other modern appliances. Designed with plenty of worktop space, this is the perfect place for enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a delicious meal made from the areas local produce. Also located on the ground floor is bedroom three hosting twin beds and a shower room featuring walk-in shower. Situated on the first floor are two further bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, armchair and en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower option. The second bedroom hosts a double bed and en suite shower room.
Outside, the fully enclosed private garden is an ideal for space for little ones and dogs to play safely. The garden is configured of lawn and a patio area hosting a table and seating for six guests. Parking for three cars is available on the driveway at the front of the cottage. Guests are granted access to the garage for bicycle storage.
With so many amenities on your doorstep, all within walking distance, staying close to home is easy. For when you are feeling more adventurous, there are nearby picturesque seaside villages and towns to explore, sandy beaches to visit, and the Coastal Path yo walk.
