Sie werden lieben entspannendes Sonnenbaden und die Sonnenuntergänge von den mehrfachen Plattformen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses, während Sie die Salzwasserluft nehmen und die Ansichten der Bucht genießen! Bringen Sie Ihr Boot und / oder Jet-Ski und lagern Sie sie in der überdachten Doppelboot-Slip auf dem Grundstück. Angeln und Krabben ist in der angrenzenden Weihnachtsbucht bekannt. Kein Boot, keine Sorgen, da man auch direkt vor dem Haus angeln und Krabben fischen kann! Das Anwesen beinhaltet den Zugang zu dem leeren angrenzenden Grundstück, so dass Sie viel Platz zum Spielen haben, wenn Sie bleiben !!

SAUBER UND hübsch eingerichtet mit neuen Matratzen in jedem Zimmer, familien- / haustierfreundliches, renoviertes Haus, in dem Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten für Ihre bevorzugte Ferienwohnung am Wasser haben. Die Gourmet-Küche ist mit allen rostfreien Geräten, Kochutensilien, BBQ und viel mehr ausgestattet. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigen.

Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich in der obersten Etage und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Sitzecke und ein Master-Bad. Neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ein Dachboden mit einem vollen Futon-Bett. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein schönes Badezimmer. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Zimmer über dem Bootsanlegestelle, die für zusätzliche Schlaf auf 2 ausziehbaren Schlafsofas oder Spielzimmer ermöglicht. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV mit Blu-ray-Player und ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa für 2 weitere Personen. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Fernseher mit DirecTV. WLAN ist im gesamten Gebäude verfügbar.

Es gibt einen privaten Bootsbeleg, der für zwei Boote und / oder Jetski geeignet ist. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch einen Bootslift. Der Gemeinschaftsbootstart befindet sich direkt am Kanal, in dem sich das Haus befindet. In der Schlafkabine gibt es Flutlichter für episches Nachtangeln. Es ist eines der wenigen Häuser am Kanal mit einem offenen Grundstück auf dem Kanal für herrliche Ausblicke und kühle Brisen.

Ein früherer oder später Check-in / -out ist auf Anfrage von Fall zu Fall und je nach Verfügbarkeit möglich.

La pearl

Hosts stays in touch but the house is old and dated. Could use some fresh bedding and electrical sockets covered up. Ive rented this place several years ago and it was a much nicer stay. If you're looking for a place to just cool off after a long day of fishing, this is the place for you. If you get grossed out easily, then spend a little more and pick a nicer rental.

Wonderful weekend!

We had a great time! The house was very nice and clean. Easy communication when we had questions. The beds were very comfortable, everything was updated. We will definitely be back! The only issue we had was the mosquitoes, but that was only because it had rained quite a bit the previous week. The mosquitoes were everywhere, but it is a house sitting on the water. We went and got OFF, and that sure helped. I highly recommend this house!

Almost Vacation

We ventured further down this year from Galveston than we usually stay to try something new. The owners were very responsive, easy to deal with and made the check in extremely easy. They also provided all the information for fishing, finding the beach access,etc. The neighborhood is remote. You do need to plan ahead as there are no close by stores but we prefer the quieter side and less crowded beaches. This home was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. It appears on the smaller side but my family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The house has a wonderful breeze from the beach so you can enjoy the outside patio without dying. But do being mosquito spray. The beds were comfortable. Both ac units worked great. The beaches are drive on with your personal vehicle via public access about 3 miles away or there is a golf cart access in the neighborhood just across the hwy. It only takes minutes either way you choose. There is a direct access to fish under the toll bridge at San Luis pass but it is not safe for swimming just fyi. Beryl decided to cut our vacation short but the owners were very considerate and we would stay here again in the future.

Quick Vacay

We had our stay literally right after the most recent storm down there so I wasn't sure it was even going to happen seeing how the whole area had been flooded but I understand so much can change in a matter of hrs. I still reached out tho to make sure their home was ok before we made the long drive down there. There was a small hiccup in the beginning when I didnt hear back from homeowner but VRBO reached out on our behalf and they responded pretty quickly that we were pretty much good to go. It was pretty muddy but understandably with all the recent rain and flooding. The house was really cozy and clean. No complaints there. I did want to mention, and I wasnt made aware until the morning we were leaving, one of the rooms downstairs was a lot warmer then the rest of the house. It was also missing blinds on one of the windows but I did see one nearby that was probably going to be installed soon. You can tell they recently made a lot of updates on the home and that was nice. The next morning, the tide had rose and the fishing deck area was covered about 2-3 inches and made it slippery BUT again I think this just had to do more with the recent storm and maybe don't think its the norm. Either way, it didn't stop us from hanging out there and my nephews loved splashing around anyway.

Excellent Property and Owners

Overall, Kim and I had a great time at this property. Since most rentals have inferior kitchenware, we take our own pans and cutlery. As soon as we began to unpack, we saw that they had provided high-quality brand-name pots, pans, and cutlery. We enjoy cooking, and this felt like we had our kitchen supplies on vacation. On a side note, they also have a brand new home right next to this property. This is a brand new and modern interior if you have multiple families needing a nice place to enjoy SLP. We had a blast , the canal provided a fun place to fish and crab . Very close to San Luis pass and great fishing . Only thing I will warn about is being all you food and stuff as there isn’t a close store and don’t speed through surfside 😔

Not a vacation

Was not told that there was construction next door. All workers were using our stairwell to access house being constructed next door. Workers were also using patio table on ground floor to eat lunch and leaving trash behind. Save all year for peaceful vacation and got this. We’ve stayed in this house 3 times and this will be the last. I text the owner with my frustrations and received nothing back.

Great location

The house is a great location. I booked this location for canal use. The boat lift was not working, but they had a neighborhood ramp for use so that was great. A house is being built next door and construction is going on and the boat house was removed so not available during construction. The location is great. No mop to use for cleanup. The stairs are being used by construction guys all day and construction materials all over.

La Perla is a wonderful place to stay!

We stayed for a week at La Perla and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well stocked. We had two in our party stay in the boat house and they loved it. Loved the location on the canal very near the boat ramp. Also liked that we got to use the boat slip. Clark and Sara are the best. We had an emergency with one of our pets on the last night and she was so accommodating about a last minute check out. Highly recommend this rental.

Great House!

Let me start out by saying that the pictures do not do this house justice. When we walked into the house, we said WOW --- VERY nice. Everything was perfect, there was plenty of room (even though we mostly stayed outdoors). The AC was cold, the towels and bedding smelled so clean. The house had everything we needed to cook with and more! We loved hanging out downstairs under the house, there were plenty of chairs and comfy furniture for everyone. We were very impressed with everything. Thank you to the Blair's, they very responsive and friendly.

House is beautiful and looks as the pictures reveal online if not better. Wish this house was ours.

Went with other couples from church and we had a blast! Very clean and had everything we expected and everything worked. Owners checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and responded when we needed them. Very nice neighbor hood and very peaceful. We will return to make more memories for sure.

Great House, Great Location

This is the spot for fishing and fun. A cold front hindered our fishing but the house was great and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and lots of TVs. You can’t beat this location for fishing and beach fun. Great spot to tie up your boat too.

So much fun!

We had an amazing time and got lucky with sunshine and warm weather in November. The house was perfect for our giant family and the teens had fun with their own "apartment" in the boathouse. Definitely recommend!
