Genießen Sie die zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten vor Ort, darunter Innenhofpool, Terrasse, Kinderbecken, Grillmöglichkeiten und Picknickbereich. Entspannender Balkon ist aus der Höhle und Master BR mit einem weiten Blick auf das Meer. Neue wandmontierte TCL- und RCA-Smart-TVs im Hauptschlafzimmer und im Arbeitszimmer. Voll ausgestattete Küche und Essbereich mit allen Annehmlichkeiten einschließlich aktualisierter Küchengeräte und Kochgeschirr. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett und ein Full-Size-Twin-Zustellbett. Eine Endreinigung ist im Gesamtpreis enthalten.

Wichtig: Bettwäsche- und Handtuchservice wurde für die Saison 2020 hinzugefügt. Der Service wird die Betten gemacht und alle Handtücher ausgelegt. Sie werden auch nach der Abreise abgeholt, lassen Sie einfach die Bettwäsche auf den Betten und Handtücher in der Badewanne im Flur. Wenn Sie Ihre eigene mitbringen möchten, teilen Sie uns dies bitte vor der Buchung mit. Wir können den Preis um 40 USD reduzieren.

Das Meer ist direkt auf dem Flur und es gibt eine Außendusche sowie kostenlose nicht zugewiesene Parkplätze. Die erste Ebene ist ideal für Kinder und bequem zu Pool und Grill. Stühle, Boogie-Boards und ein Regenschirm befinden sich im Hauswirtschaftsraum. In den Sommermonaten von 9.00 bis 23.00 Uhr ist der Wachschutz und der Grundstücksbesucher im Einsatz.

Im Jahr 2019 wurden aufgrund des im Januar abgeschlossenen Strandsanierungsprojekts neue Poolmöbel und mehr Strandmöbel hinzugefügt.

Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang den Strand hinunter zum Apache Pier und zu den beliebten Strandattraktionen wie Ocean Annies und dem Pier Grill. Der Broadway am Strand und die Attraktionen von Barefoot Landing sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Tanger Outlets und Arcadian Commons (Marshalls, Ross und Wal-Mart Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Kroger Lebensmittelgeschäft ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen, auch in der Restaurant Row Strecke von Myrtle Beach!

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, even though the first half was accompanied by T.S. Debbie. We did have a good view of everything and the host was very accommodating. They allowed us a little more time to enjoy the area before we headed out. We hope to be back. Property was as listed and the linens were clean. We had an A/C issue that was resolved by the host quickly, and the rest of the place was great! Thanks again, Andy!

Mr. Devine Was the BEST!!

My Family and I were so content with this location, even though there was a Mandatory Evacuation due to Dorian, we still got to enjoy our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer, but the weather was against us. I will DEF. be coming back next year, and staying here. The Condo was FULLY, Fully equipped, it was like being home, Didn't need to bring anything but Clothes. The Condo is Located near everything, & the Fact that we were NOT so close to the Main Strip wasn't an issue. on the Contrary, Less Traffic and a More "FAMILY ATMOSPHERE", which was very Relaxing. Thank you again Mr. Andy, for your TIme, and also for Keeping us Posted on the Storm,

Enjoyable Stay

We decided to book at the last minute. 2 days before check in and everything went well. The owner responded quickly after confirming with VRBO to rent the room. Check-in was easy and we even got to check in early, which was great after a 12 hour drive. The room was exactly how it was shown on VRBO website. It had everything we needed and was a comfy place to stay. The location is very nice and very easy access to the beach. Pool was nice with adequate space for guests. My only suggestion would be the patio furniture at the condo. I like to sit out in the morning and evening, but the furniture that is out there is a bit crowded to move around. Something that fit a little better and more comfortable would complete the experience. Would definitely stay again.

Pictures were deceiving

Andy Devine was a very cordial owner and made you feel welcome. The location to the beach was wonderful. The condo needs to get some updates such as bedding and decorating. The kitchen was very disorganized although it was loaded with cooking supplies but not in any good order. I had to hunt for everything I wanted to use for cooking.

Wonderful Myrtle Beach Getaway

Amazing property in a great location, couldn't have asked for better beach access. Property overall was in great condition and again great location. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time we were here. Andy was great to deal with, and made sure we were happy and everything was good from the initial questions when booking through the day we left.

A Gem in Myrtle Beach

This secluded property (condo) in the city limits of Myrtle Beach is so well cared for and private while being within almost sight of Restaurant Row that it was perfect for our week long vacation. While it is located on oceanfront, there is no direct beach access. The public beach access borders the property as does a multi-story hotel. The beach was uncrowded in this area. The property owner was very pleasant to work with and answered all questions promptly and completely. The condo was one of the cleanest we have ever visited and very well supplied, even to the included beach chairs, etc.

A Piece of Paradise

If you are looking for a special place at the beach, then Seagull IV, 116 is the spot!! On the first floor, easily accessible, great location, and the best part--just walk down the hall and onto the beach!! Andy is great to work with, responds quickly and you immediately feel like you have a new friend. The condo was exactly as pictured, if not nicer. Clean, great TV, which is very important to my better half and has anything you might need. If you need a place for a couples getaway or small family, look no further. Great restaurants and shopping just a stone's throw away!! There is no need to drive up and down the road to find something to do or somewhere to eat. Flip Flops is just steps away as is Ocean Annies, Bimini's, Hooters, Cold Stone--and many more. We will definitely be back!! Thanks Andy for a great week!!

Irma Interruption Do Over

Irma interrupted my flights to Myrtle Beach twice for a wedding in Sept, huge disappointment missing the wedding so I decided to wait it out & drive at the end of Oct. I came across A Place At The Beach IV & instantly booked a well needed week away. Andy was amazing, he understood my situation & was beyond helpful meeting my needs. Everything was at my disposal, the beach front condo was excellent to say the least. From all kitchen needs, comfortable beds to beach chairs for my daily dose of beach therapy. I managed to see everyone I missed at the wedding & we all sat at the beach & enjoyed every day, I even extended my stay with only a few hours notice to Andy. I have already planned 2 return trips & Andy's condo is my go to rental. As a previous condo owner in MB I must say Andy covered it all. Comfort & convenience is key to a perfect get away & this place has it all. Thank you Andy for having "A Place At The Beach" to enjoy from sunrise to sunset! Until next time. Thanks again!

This property is wonderful! Close to everything. From beach, shopping, great seafood, and burgers

My sisters and I plan a sister week every year. This year we picked Myrtle Beach because hurricane Harvey was invading the gulf. Andy was so good to work with us last minute and provide us with this great condo. We had a couple of good sunny days, and the others we used to explore the area. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you Andy for everything, you were very kind and generous.

Loved this sweet ocean retreat.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Andy, the owner, was extremely helpful and very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to communicate quickly and answer all of our questions. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the ocean. We liked being so close to the beach and being able to walk out of the complex and step out onto the sand. We met some great neighbors there as well. There were even beach chairs and an umbrella there for us to use. Andy really thought of everything when he setup this place. Hoping to come back and stay here again in the future, and will certainly enjoy coming back! Thanks again for a great week! ~Terry and Tami

Great experience and great location. Will revisit in the future!!

This was the second time we used vrbo rental ever...the last one was more south in Myrtle Beach and wasn't so good and we were very hesitant on doing it again. However, when we booked, the owner was quick to respond on the initial correspondence and every time I asked a question...and I asked a lot...when we arrived it just so happened the owner was down and personally handed us the keys and gave us the personal tour around the complex. He was a very nice gentleman. The rental was exceptional and the location was great. Walking distance to the pier and walking distance to a couple restaurants on the beach. The beach wasn't the typical Myrtle Beach crowded. There was plenty of room to play outdoor games on the beach without running over anyone. You are just minutes from the Broadway on the Beach. The security and other guests were also very friendly. The only complaint I would have....is that we had to go home!!! I would highly recommend this place and will be looking to stay here again in the future!

We have ived in SC and NC over the past 50 years and enjoy the mountains and beaches. My family enjoys having a place at the beach to escape to and enjoy the family atmosphere of A Place at the Beach lV. We continue to upgrade our properties and make them comfortable and affordable for travelers throughout the year. I enjoy golf, fishing and relaxing at the beach. We also enjoy Duplin winery and the many restaurants and attractions within a few miles of our condo.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The first floor is convenient and requested by many travelers. Also, the property is family oriented and within 2 miles of Tanger Outlets, 5 miles to Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. The Apache pier (longest wooden pier on the East coast is only a few hundred yards away). Walking distance to beach bars and several restaurants are a plus!

Many onsite amenities include grounds security in the summer months, free parking and wi-fi and a property manager on site. A spacious courtyard with pool, children's pool and grills are also a favorite among guests. Also, each unit has a spacious balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or ocean view. Spacious laundry rooms are located at the top of the stairs on both second and third floors. Three washers and three dryers per laundry room.
