Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and the private balcony during your stay. You will also have direct access to gym, swimming pool, spa (which are only accessible to the residents) and 2 parking slots. As soon as you complete your booking, we will send you the detailed instructions for your access. The instructions will provide all local features, parking possibilities, the best recommendation regarding places to see and visit Luxembourg, and access to the building and find your apartment.

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Very nice unit with lots to offer. We enjoyed the common area and the ability to relax . Great to have the shopping center on the first floor and the restaurants on the second. Just a elevator ride away.

On the 12th floor with great view while enjoying all the luxuries of the appartment. It's more like an experience this very modern apt. If you don want you don't need to leave the building, take the elevator to the shopping mall and there you can eat drink supermarket H&M haircut steamcleaning and much much more. Privat parking spot with elevator directly to the 12th... The buss stops right in front of building so with FREE busses you can enjoy the city-center or other parts of Luxembourg. It's expensive but your eyes fall out of their sockets the moment you open the door and walk in...
