The Space:
In the entrance hall, you will find three bedrooms: a spacious en-suite bedroom with a bathtub and shower, a mezzanine bedroom with a beautiful office and balcony, a double bedroom, a support closet, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
In the living area, you will be captivated by the spacious living room with a large dining table and a guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a storage area. We must also highlight that from every room in the house, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the city of Porto. We recommend setting aside your favorite book and reading it in style on the residence’s terrace.
For your convenience, the house features a private garage with three parking spaces, a washer and dryer, electric radiators, a Smart TV with channels, and Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located next to Jardim do Morro, where you can enjoy the best sunset, you will be in Vila Nova de Gaia, famous for its Port Wine Cellars. You will have stunning views of the D. Luís I Bridge, the beautiful Ribeira district, and the main tourist attractions of Porto. The riverside boardwalk just below is the perfect path for a scenic walk to the beaches.
For wine enthusiasts, some cellars to consider visiting are Casa Ferreirinha, Sandeman, Cálem, Graham's, and Quinta do Noval, where you can taste different varieties and learn about their unique characteristics. We also recommend visiting the WOW Multi-Experience Center.
To reach the residence, the best public transport option is the Metro, with Jardim do Morro Station just a 3-minute walk away. If you prefer walking, you can cross the D. Luís I Bridge via the upper deck or head down to Cais de Gaia, cross the bridge, and arrive directly at Porto’s Ribeira. If you are traveling by car, the house has a garage with direct access to the residence.
In the area, you will find everything you need for your daily life, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Other Things to Note:
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.
If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. If check-out is not authorized and the guest remains in the apartment after the scheduled time, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.
The tenant is required to allow entry to a staff member for property inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).
To make Gaia more attractive, a municipal tourist tax has been implemented.
The amount of €2.50 is not included in the stay price and applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met.
