Residenza Concordia is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Marina di Pietrasanta, along the Versilia coast, just 900 m from the beach.
The house is spread over 2 levels (ground floor + mezzanine floor) within a semi-detached villa with shared pedestrian entrance. It can accommodate up to 5 people, has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.
Public parking is available along the road.

Ground floor: On the ground floor you are welcomed by an open-space living area, furnished with: sofa, dining table for 6 people, tv and modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: counter, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Then there is a double bedroom, and a bathroom with hot tub.

Mezzanine floor: A flight of stairs leads to the mezzanine floor where you will find 2 bedrooms: one single and one double. The mezzanine floor overlooks the living room and the bedroom located on the ground floor.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
