Nestled amongst 2 acres of greenery with stunning views of the Atlas mountains, four-bedroomed Villa Zaria is a truly impressive Moroccan gem and surrounded by lush landscaped gardens; infused with the fragrant scent of citrus fruit trees and a rose garden. Villa Zaria's pink palatial exterior provides the perfect introduction to the beauty that lies within this stunning property.

Inside the villa has been designed with great attention to detail, the spacious interiors are light and bright, comfortably accommodating eight to ten guests (depending if adults only or with kids in tow). On the ground floor, there are two stunning reception rooms, both large and airy, one with a gorgeous Moroccan interior and the other with a more European feel. Guests can choose to cook up a storm in the large fully equipped kitchen, or for those wanting to relax completely, the villa's on-site chef can do all the work for you! The spacious yet cosy lounge makes a relaxing retreat to enjoy after a busy day exploring the bustling souks of Marrakech. This floor also boasts the first of the bedrooms, a double complete with en-suite, dressing room and patio doors leading to the gardens.

The first floor is home to the remaining three bedrooms, each decorated with calming Moroccan accents and all boasting en-suite bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms offer flexibility with the option to be set up with twin or double beds. Guests are bound to argue over the beautiful third bedroom which boasts its very own dressing room as well as a balcony with an outdoor terrace area. The real wow factor can be found on the rooftop terrace, the perfect spot to spend a relaxing evening with your loved ones stargazing in the Moroccan moonlight.

The gardens are just as magnificent, enclosed with high walls covered in bougainvillaea and jasmine, they offer guests complete privacy from neighbouring villas. The large outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the warm Moroccan sunshine. The shaded terraces that surround the villa provide the ideal sun relief while still allowing you to bask in the beauty of your surroundings while enjoying dinner al fresco or watching the sunset with a cocktail or two.

Marrakech, also fondly referred to as the “Red City” is located in Western Morocco, nestled against neighbouring countries of Algeria and Western Sahara. Set against the Saharan skies of Africa, this beautiful, former imperial city is just bursting at the seams with the rich culture.

Founded only 1000 years ago, Marrakech has evolved into a thriving modern market city with perfectly preserved evidence of its grand medieval heritage around every corner. In this city, there truly is something for everyone offering memorable experiences for every visitor from the hustle and bustle of the many Souks and bubbling, the infectious din of the globally famed local eateries as well as picturesque golf courses, desert getaways and of course the many museums, palaces and religious monuments.

A day in Marrakech could see you enveloped stylishly and lured by colourful homewares in the Souk Cherifa or surrounded by intense hues and textures at the Souk Sebbaghine. After this, you may find yourself in one of Marrakech’s many palaces or gardens, or even at the local Hammam eventually finishing your day with a tagine after watching the blur of people flock to the local Mosque after the bell rings out for the evening prayer.

£200 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Pool heating charge?

Insurance?
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Other Ts and Cs?
The price of the villa includes a fully staffed villa with cook and maids, breakfast each morning and airport transfer on arrival and departure of the stay. All extra meals and drinks and additional services provided are NOT included and will be charged to you on your departure. Credit card facilities are not available at the villa and so payment for these extras must be made locally in cash on departure.
