There is a utility area with a washing machine. The bedroom contains 1 double bed and 1 trundle bed and has an en-suit shower room. All rooms have recently been refurbished.
A small, private courtyard area holds a safe storage facility for bicycles and/ or sports equipment.
Guest access
Guests have access to the advertised property ‘The Brew House’, private courtyard at the entrance of the property and a secure bike & log shed. Private parking for guests. Access to public footpath leading to the Monsal Trail & River Wye. Residential gardens and outbuildings are private.

The Brew House is an apartment within Wormhill Hall. We have residents living in Wormhill Hall. We ask guests to please be considerate to our other residents.
