Welcome!
The flat is located in an old Regency-era building and is located less than a 15-minute walk from the Palace of Holyroodhouse at the foot of the Royal Mile, and less than a 15-minute walk from the brand-new St James Centre. It is a great spot to walk to all of Edinburgh's top visitor attractions and enjoy city living on a quiet street.
My flat comes with 2 cosy bedrooms that are equipped with king-size beds lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest, and a small bay window with a view of the street. Both also have a wardrobe with full-length mirrors, a dedicated workspace and an ergonomic office chair for you to do work done while sitting in comfort.
The living room is a stylish space, which features a large sofa and chair, with a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. A small glass dining table and four dining chairs. The area features the original filigrees in the ceiling, a decorative fireplace (that is no longer operational) and large window that lets in lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the essentials and comes with a microwave oven for added convenience. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, a towel warmer, and fresh towels and toiletries.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your expected arrival.
Enjoy!
