Centrally located West London luxury town house with landscaped gardens

A magnificent architect-designed 4 bedroom victorian town house located 5 minutes from Ealing Broadway and its many boutiques, restaurants, pubs also offering fast access to central London attractions via the excellent rail links.

The family residence has been thoughtfully designed throughout with an incredible private south facing garden. The lower ground floor comprises of a light and airy open plan kitchen, dining, living space that features a modern kitchen with top spec appliances including a Wolf range oven and sub zero fridge. The unique crittal doors open fully onto the formally landscaped sun soaked garden. This is truly the perfect place to relax with family and friends!

The raised ground floor consists of two reception rooms and a cloak room. To the back of the house the drawing room has a large bay window that looks out over the garden and a feature fireplace. The front reception room enjoys the benefit of a gaming station with a Tv with Netflix.

On the first floor you can find an impressive master bedroom with walk-in-wardrobe and luxury marble ensuite with a walk in shower and bathtub. On this floor you can also find a beautiful guest bedroom featuring a queen size double bed and a family bathroom with rain shower.

At the top of the house there are two further double bedrooms also with a modern bathroom with walk in shower.

All the beds are made up with hotel quality bed linen ensuring you have the most comfortable sleep.

Guests have use of the washing machine and dryer as well as high speed wifi and two TV's with access to Netflix and Apple TV

Getting around:
The house is located in central Ealing and is within a 5 minute walk to the Central line, Piccadilly line, district line and now the newly opened Elizabeth line. With all these transport links on your doorstep it is easily possible to get to all of Londons tourist attractions within no time at all. Westfield shopping centre with all its major high street and designer brands is less than 20 minutes on the central Line and within 10 minutes you can be on the A40 road network which would easily connect you with other SE local areas, Oxford, Cotswolds etc...

The neighbourhood:
Ealing is a hugely popular residential area of London especially with young professionals and families alike. There is the beautiful leafy Walpole park that features the recently restored regency Pizhanger Manor that was once the home of the famous architect John Soane. It now houses a museum and gallery. The park itself has a newly installed large children’s play area that is great for kids of all ages. Over the years Ealing has become a real hub for international cuisine and of course boasts many local pubs serving tradition pub grub! Ealing Common is a minutes walk from the house and is a great place to jog in the mornings or to have a late afternoon picnic. Shopping for provisions is easy with a Marks and Spencer food hall and a Tesco supermarket both less than 5 minutes away.

Lovely family home

We stayed over Christmas and the house was decorated with a tree and other ornaments to help make it feel Christmasy. It had everything we needed for a comfy stay with a large open plan kitchen dining and living area which was perfect for our family group to have space and be together. The location is an easy walk to shops, the underground and Ealing Common. It comes with off street parking which is a big plus for London. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Emma the owner was great at responding to any questions I had.

Amazing house close to London!

My family and another family stayed here for 8 nights. It was amazing! Excellent host that helped us whenever needed. Very nice house with plenty of space. We enjoyed the main floor family room with the big kitchen and large backyard/garden. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Great location! Quick walk to shopping and the Tube station. Not far from downtown London. Highly recommended!

Ideal house for a special trip

Emma’s house is gorgeous and well-equipped. It made the perfect base for our family of six adults on an extended trip to London. We hade space to spread out and lovely intimate rooms in which to gather. The design of the house is both elegant and entirely liveable. Ealing is a convenient, up and coming neighborhood with super convenient transportation, great parks and a real local vibe. Emma was an exceptional host and we’ll be back!

Perfect home in every way!

This property exceeded my expectations! My family and I enjoyed a full week in London staying in this absolutely stunning home. It offers incredibly easy access to the Elizabeth Line (a MAJOR plus for getting from Heathrow and into the city quickly), stunning afternoons in the garden, and an incredible kitchen for cooking meals together. The home was better than described, and the owner/host communicated with me from the moment I made the reservation until the end of my stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Accessing the property was a cinch, and we felt right at home the second we walked in the door. The host even left a few staples in the fridge for us, knowing we had traveled quite a distance. It was the perfect welcome, and I would recommend this house to anyone. Within two blocks of the home, there are two grocery stores, a vast shopping center, two parks, multiple restaurants, and a lovely pub with the most friendly staff and patrons. It was so hard to leave, but that's always a great sign of a wonderful trip. We cannot wait to return!

Ealing stay was lovely

The house was lovely for our family of five on holiday from the U.S. Host Emma met us at the door upon arrival and gave a tour of the property. The kitchen and living room space is amazing, The bedrooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are all large and nice. The primary bedroom has a beautiful shower and large tub. The garden is very nice (I would like to come back and enjoy it when it’s warm). The only drawback is the many stairs and lack of open space. The bedrooms, drawing rooms, and kitchen are all divided amongst four floors. The town of Ealing is nice and safe, and the house is just a 7min walk to the train (which we used frequently). We ate at a few of the local spots (which host Emma recommended) and they were all amazing! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and accommodations. Side note: Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay an extra day. Although the house wasn’t available, Emma was extremely helpful in recommending hotel options in the area.

Emma has a beautiful and well maintained house. The neighborhood is nice and there are several of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets around. The house was clean and the kitchen had all you might need. We enjoyed our stay. I just wish I had known that there are three flights of stairs between different parts of the house. Overall we had a nice and pleasant stay.
